Elite UI 8.4.1 is very close to its final release. I'm currently working meticulously to fix the pointless bugs Samsung has put in our vendor. I'll be waiting for One UI 8.5 so I can update the S21FE drivers from R38P0 + vulkan 1.1 to R44P0/R45P1 + vulkan 1.3.

We're on the verge of a new Elite UI update, and it would be a shame to miss such an important update

βπ Exynos 2100 Breakthrough: Vulkan 1.3 is here!
βIβve successfully updated the GPU drivers from r38p0 to r38p1, bringing full Vulkan 1.3 support to our device. The difference in fluidity and performance is massive.
ββ‘ What does Vulkan 1.3 actually bring?
β
This can reduce CPU overhead in draw calls by up to 20-30%, meaning higher and more stable framerates in heavy games.
β
It introduces better Pipeline Compilation, which significantly minimizes those annoying micro-stutters when loading new shaders.
Unlike Snapdragon/Adreno devices where driver updates are common, doing this on Mali GPUs is extremely difficult due to their closed-source nature. This project took 5 months of deep research to pull off.
βwait for Elite UI v8.4.1 and feel the difference! π₯

ββ‘ What does Vulkan 1.3 actually bring?
The big game-changer here is Dynamic Rendering. Unlike older versions, this streamlines the rendering process by removing the need for complex "Render Pass" objects.

building 8.4.1 with new things;
Knox patch again
Vulkan 1.3
BT library patch
S25 spoofing (we need 120fps in games, lets enjoy new gpu drivers)
Disabled Samsung PageBoost to reclaim physical ram
Optimized Dalvik/ART heap configuration
Tuned SurfaceFlinger phase offsets to reduce latency
And another changes in this build
I hope 8.4.1 will be released for VIPs members asap

Elite UI v8.4.1 is a significant release. It's the first time I've taken the time and freedom to fine-tune every value necessary to optimize the ROM's performance to meet both user expectations and my own. This will be a major release, representing a complete rework of Elite UI v8.4.0. Furthermore, the ROM includes modifications that no one else is making in other projects

The biggest performance problem with the Exynos 2100 using One UI is in the SIOP. Basically, it limits CPU frequencies when the phone is at body temperature. I'm changing that. A CPU is usually designed to work at least at 50 degrees Celsius during periods of heavy use. Reducing frequencies to 36-38 degrees Celsius is literally absurd. It's a massive bottleneck that I'm trying to fix on the Exynos 2100. If anyone eventually decides to copy my idea for another ROM, I've created a repository so you can do it without worry (keep the audit trail, don't be subnormal).

If my logic is sound, this is what was preventing overclocked kernels from ever actually using the overclock frequency. Theoretically, these modifications will allow users who want to overclock to do so using the Proton version that supports it.

Elite UI Dev Log
Unleashing the Exynos 2100
βWe have successfully identified and neutralized the main cause of random lags and UI stuttering on the Exynos 2100 It wasn't a lack of power; it was Samsung's overly aggressive software restraints.
βHere is what we changed in the latest commit regarding the SIOP (Samsung Intelligent Overheat Protection) system:
β
Stock firmware starts throttling your CPU speed when the device reaches just 36Β°C (barely warm). This is why you experience lag in WhatsApp or basic navigation even when the phone isn't hot.
βFix: We removed these artificial software limits. The CPU now runs at full speed when you need it, and only throttles if the hardware is actually under thermal stress (managed safely by the Kernel).
By removing the brakes, the processor completes tasks (like opening an app or processing a photo) instantly and returns to "Deep Sleep" mode faster.
βResult: You get a snappy, lag-free experience with negligible impact on daily battery life.
Yes. We only removed the "software nanny" (SIOP). The hardware-level protection inside the Kernel is still active. Your phone will still protect itself from dangerous temperatures, but it won't punish you for using it normally.
βSummary: No Overclock needed. We just let the Exynos 2100 perform exactly how it was designed to.
