Когда МИД РФ заявляет, что обсуждается открытие Лачинского коридора и что все должно быть реализовано на основе заявления от 9 ноября 2020 года, то это очень важно. Это означает, что #Россия работает в этом направлении. У Российской Федерации самые большие возможности, включая и правовую ответственность в отношении #Лачинского коридора.

When the Russian Foreign Ministry says that the opening of the Lachin corridor is being discussed and that everything should be implemented on the basis of the November 9, 2020 statement, then this is very important. Позиция официального #Степанакерт/а в отношении #Лачинского коридора не изменилась. Ситуация, сложившаяся там после #оккупации этого коридора со стороны #Азербайджан/а, является нарушением всех договоренностей, и положения соглашения от 9 ноября 2020 года и должно быть восстановлено. А действия #Баку не что иное, как политика Азербайджана по #удушению, #осаде и блокированию #Арцах/а.

The position of the official #Stepanakert regarding the #Lachin corridor has not changed. The situation there after the #occupation of this corridor by #Azerbaijan is a violation of all agreements, and the provisions of the November 9, 2020 agreement must be restored. #Baku's actions are nothing but Azerbaijan's policy of #strangling, #sieging and blocking #Artsakh.

Идея Агдамской дороги не в том, чтобы сделать добро Арцаху и арцахским армянам, а в том, чтобы ею полностью задушить #Арцах.
И без того, статус Бердзорского (#Лачинского) коридора сильно растоптан. Данный коридор, согласно злополучному соглашению от 9 ноября, должен иметь совсем иной статус, Азербайджан не имеет права суда входить и вести себя так, как он это делает сейчас. Если грузы будут ввозить через #Агдам, то про #Бердзорский коридор можно будет забыть со всеми вытекающими из этого последствиями.

The idea of the #Aghdam road is not to do good to Artsakh, but to completely stifle #Artsakh with it. Now the status of the #Berdzor (#Lachin) corridor itself is greatly trampled. This corridor, according to the November 9, 2020 agreement must have a completely different status, Azerbaijan does not have the right to enter it and behave as it does now. If goods are carried through Agdam, then the Berdzor corridor can be forgotten with all the ensuing consequences.
