The reverse midlife crisis is where you wish you were older. Instead of resenting the passage of time and longing for your youth, you wish you had better old man skills (like carpentry, ahem). The traditional midlife crisis won't completely disappear but I think a lot of millenials are playing catch-up and the zoomers will be the same. Might partially explain the DIY boom (though this is still most likely due to economic factors.)
Much healthier attitude all-in-all and will yield pleasant surprises in the next 20 years if true.
