🔸Помощь командам разработки при миграции проектов в Kubernetes.

Требования:
🔸Уверенное владение Ansible;
🔸Опыт подготовки и деплоя production grade кластеров Kubernetes;
🔸Базовое знание устройства RH-based дистрибутивов;
🔸Администрирование серверов на базе RH-based дистрибутивов;
🔸Владение утилитами командной строки GNU/Linux, их применение и возможности использования;
🔸Знание принципов работы сетей, умение диагностировать неполадки;
🔸Умение работать с GIT;
🔸Понимание и применение на практике:
▫️Принципов обеспечения отказоустойчивости kubernetes-api
▫️Взаимодействия компонентов кластера Kubernetes
▫️Принципов работы операторов в Kubernetes
▫️Принципов и механизмов обеспечения мониторинга кластеров Kubernetes, планирования ресурсов
🔸Опыт работы с Helm или аналогами.

Key Responsibilities:
🔸Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, providing technical direction, performance management, and professional development.
🔸Manage the hardware operations of our server fleet across our globally distributed datacentre locations.

🔸Oversee incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis of infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
🔸Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
🔸Strong experience with virtualization technologies, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
🔸Familiarity with networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
🔸Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
🔸Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🔸Proven track record of managing teams, driving projects to completion, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
