think im way too early on things in the trenches

everything i buy only starts running a few hours or days later

but it also speaks to personal conviction not being there

early curse in its full effect

leads to either taking profits too early or me thinking maybe the market doesnโ€™t like it as much as i thought

but it turns out itโ€™s just that the market doesnโ€™t know about it

i just have to be even more patient and lower my iq further

side effects of a memecoin cycle is the expectation of fast money

i bought this meme a few hours ago, why hasn't it 10x yet?

*another meme 10x-es*
*rotates to chase instead*

market is inefficient and things need time to play out because the market is always lagging behind either chasing random metas or have yet to discover the narrative

this applies to everything whether fundamental alts or memes, its just that with memes people are getting too used to fast money

slow down

always tempting to chase plays when your bags are not moving

but i think having conviction, clarity, and size in a trade beats chasing the current hot meme

all the chasing won't help your portfolio unless you're chasing with size

if you're operating on borrowed conviction (eg. following my trades), then its very pointless because you'll simply rotate out on the next hot meme and you will be tempted to jeet when bags are underwater

like thiccy said, most pnl comes from a few homeruns and i think that is so true
also feel that it is okay to miss trades or x-es that you didn't have conviction for

in my case, i sold all my RIF early for approximately 20x because to me i was satisfied and had more conviction in AI plays

well, right now RIF wouldve been over 100x easily if i held

IF i held

but the thing is i didn't even have that much conviction for it, so would i really have held?

same applies to every other runner that you're missing or if you've sold early before it pumped in your face

you sold for a reason

you sold because there was no conviction

and that's okay

if you had conviction and still sold early then you're just a fool that needs to reflect

still a bull market, still tons of opportunities and x-es to catch

you'll never know when the next play might suddenly pop

just say gg next and stay locked in

"rif 200x from call. thanks for playing. follow me for the next gem."

i don't think i can ever achieve full left curve

even when i think i am left curve enough, the market proves me wrong by sending some restarted meme i faded at 1m to 30m

state of things is how low can your iq go

to put yourself in the top 1% of performers, you must think like the bottom 10% of performers
