Ushbu ilmiy izlanishlar doirasida O‘rta Osiyo yashil qurbaqasining (Bufo viridis) zahridan olingan olti xil bufalin (A–F) o‘rganildi. Molekulyar docking, molekulyar dinamika, erkin energiya hisoblashlari (umbrella sampling) va in vitro biokimyoviy testlar yordamida 3CLpro fermentiga qarshi kuchli ingibitorlik ko‘rsatgan birikmalar aniqlandi.
📊 Jumladan, bufalin (A) va gamabufotalin (C) IC₅₀ qiymatlari 1.37 µM va 2 µM bo‘lgan holda yuqori samaradorlik ko‘rsatdi. Bu birikmalar antivirus dori vositalari uchun kelajakdagi yetakchi nomzodlar sifatida baholandi.

🎤 “Ilm-fan taraqqiyotida sun’iy intellektning o‘rni” mavzusida o‘tkazilgan seminarda magistrlar, doktorantlar va professor-o‘qituvchilar ishtirok etdilar. Tadbir davomida sun’iy intellektning ilmiy izlanishlar va innovatsion ishlanmalarni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati, shuningdek, kelajak istiqbollari yuzasidan ilmiy va amaliy tavsiyalar berildi.
