Wholesome news time! 🐾again from Holland!🇳🇱

In Utrecht's university library they found little cute cat paws in three of the oldest books they have in their possession from the 15th century!

Two of the books with cat paws were originally owned by the a monastery called "kartuizerklooster Nieuwlicht (X fol 81 (Rariora)" and "X fol 98 (Rariora))", the other book is from a church called "de Janskerk (B fol 140 (Rariora) dl 1-6)".

It is unknown if the cats left their cute little paw stamps in the religious places. They do know that in the monastery the cats had a very useful role of chasing away the mice. 🐁
