In Minnesota, one single registered voter in a precinct can “Vouch” for up to 8 unregistered voters who claim to live in the same precinct, letting them VOTE THE SAME DAY with absolutely no ID or proof of residence required.
It gets worse, if they and the “voucher” simply lie about their residency (utilizing outdated voter roles?) , they can be from another precinct, county, or an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STATE— and theoretically hop counties repeating the process over and over again the same day.
