Virtually every metropolitan area with a large transit system is on the verge of bankruptcy and seeking massive taxpayer bailouts.

And of course the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors strongly support the tax.

The version we passed in June that was vetoed by Katie Hobbs was a reasonable and smart proposal. Now some Republicans are caving to her and the climate cult. Pitiful.

Prop 400 as of today is giving billions to unelected bureaucrats.

Mesa Public Schools is forcing students to complete the attached survey and telling students that it must be completed by Friday.

Per ARS 15-177 Schools cannot survey children without parental consent, yet MPS Superintendent and Attorney do not believe they are breaking the law.

This is a mental health survey and #7 of the statute specifically states

A. Notwithstanding any other law, each school district and charter school shall obtain written informed consent from the parent of a pupil before administering any survey that solicits personal information:

It is not every day that the Governor visits your school! On August 1, Gov. Katie Hobbs visited the Mandarin Dual Language program at Tarwater Elementary School. The Governor first went into Susan Hall's class, where students learn in English half the day. She then went into Amanda Yang's class, where students learn the other half of the day in Mandarin.
