Katie Hobbs on Friday announced she signed an executive order that strips the state’s 15 county attorneys from prosecuting abortion cases.
The order, dated Thursday, gives the prosecutorial authority on the issue solely to the attorney general, who is currently Democrat General Kris Mayes.
It also directs state agencies to not assist in investigations by other states into crimes related to reproductive health care that would not be punishable under Arizona law. The order also restricts extraditions in such cases.

AZWOA is joined in the motion by parents: Anna Van Hoek, Lisa Fink, and Amber Zenczak, who are mothers of daughters who have experienced concerns about biological boys in their sports.
AZWOA decided to intervene in the lawsuit, Doe v Horne, after Attorney General Kris Mayes refused to defend the law or fund the defense of it.

This case has nothing to do with Anna Van Hoek being a board member. She got involved as a private citizen, as a mother protecting her daughter and every other female athlete in the state. The media sure loves to twist things around to fit their narrative.
Biological boys should not be competing in girls' sports. Why aren't we seeing girls who transition to boys wanting to play on boy teams? Because they know they aren't strong enough to compete with the boys.
