One of the Valley's largest school districts has decided to use extra funding from the state to raise employee salaries.
They raised salaries by 7% for all staff just as HUSD in Gilbert did. What company would ever do that for all employees across the board no matter how they perform?
Maybe we need to start treating public schools like businesses. The parents and the kids would be the customers.
