The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is under fire after failing to promptly investigate whistleblower safety complaints at the Abbott Nutrition formula plant. Whistleblower complaints were filed in October 2021, but the FDA did not close down the plant until February after four babies contracted serious bacterial infections, two of whom died. Closure of the plant has largely contributed to a nationwide formula shortage that has left hundreds of thousands of parents scrambling to feed their newborn infants and young children.

I hear some state senators saying that #hb2289 is unconstitutional. Ok, then vote on it anyways. Your No vote can be explained and on the record or vote Yes and the state Supreme Court can decide the constitutionality of it. The same attorneys saying the “PC” bill was constitutional are telling you this one is unconstitutional.

Arizona Representative Walter Blackman says that they need to move forward with HB2289, based on what Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht presented today. Blackman previously opposed the bill.

The bill would make elections in Arizona one day, one vote, paper ballots, drop box restrictions and would overall make the elections much more secure.

CHILD RAPIST ARRESTED

YUMA, Ariz. - U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Yuma Station arrested a convicted felon who illegally entered the U.S. Sunday night near the Andrade Port of Entry west of Yuma.

He was initially running from agents and attempting to hide in thick brush.

Agents quickly apprehended and arrested Isaias Pulido Alvarado, a 32-year-old Mexican Child Rapist.

Record checks revealed Pulido Alvarado was convicted of Sexual Assault of a #Child and delivery of cocaine in 2009 in Wisconsin.

He was sentenced to one and six years in prison, respectively. Pulido Alvarado served approximately one year of his sentence and was formally removed from the U.S. in 2010.

He will be prosecuted for re-entry of a removed alien and faces additional incarceration.
