Text messages of Peoria Unified School District Superintendent and the communication director after a board meeting back in August where a dad pointed out failure to adhere to citizen’s procedural due process for quarantine and isolation under ARS 36-789.
Citizens are being denied their Constitutionally protected right to due process under Article 2, Section 4 of the Arizona Constitution, the 14th amendment of the US Constitution, as well as legal/statutory mandate by the Arizona Department of Heath Services.
Students, both healthy and symptomatic, are being quarantined and isolated without a court order, denying anyone of their ability to file a petition or an order to show cause. Why is the Peoria District asking the county for letters? Dysart District does not quaratine kids.

Large employers with 100+ workers must mandate vaccinations and/or weekly testing and masks for those who refuse the vaccine.
OSHA plans to send out agents to check that workplaces are in compliance with the rule. For willful violations, a company can be fined up to $136,532. The standard penalty is $13,653 for a single violation.
