Maricopa County Releases Mocking Response to AZ Senate Subpoena
The Maricopa County Supervisors issued a sneering rejoinder to the AZ Senate’s third subpoena, calling the audit an “adventure in never never land.”
In a characteristically juvenile tweet, the County summarized “key points to AZ Senate:
• Routers: No means no.
• Passwords: Why demand passwords we don’t have for tabulators you’ve already returned?🤔
• Images: Can’t find what we provided in April? Check Ballot Pallet 46 or subfolder AFFIDAVITS on Lacie hard drive. Or the lab in Montana.”
The response also includes a letter from the attorney for Maricopa County reiterating that the County will NOT offer access to routers, Splunk logs, or passwords. The attorney downplays the data breach, calling it an “incident,” claims that the County is willing to resend the envelope images, and refers the Senate to the County Recorder for the voter records.
In a separate statement, Chairman Sellers added his own quarrelsome two cents: “For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election. The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination. They have what they need.
…The Senate and their privately funded contractors should finish their “audit”, release their report and be prepared to defend it in court.”

Maricopa County Community College Cultural Humility And Equity Hours To Begin In Defiance Of Law
Cultural Humility is described as the process through which an individual engages in self-critique. Cultural Humility for white individuals would include acceptance of the belief that they are oppressors.

I know some of you think Karen Fann isn't moving quickly enough, isn't being "stronger" with her public language etc. I've said all along, I'm impressed at how focused she was on the mission, how even keel she's been despite whatever is said about her or the Audit, she's unflappable. Well...here's a taste:
Parents that have children in private schools, please check the school's website for mask requirements and to see if they are pushing the juice.

Pull your kids out of @PhoenixDiocese Catholic schools. Masks are NOT optional and the policies I have read from three different schools do not reflect Jesus but reflect @azedschools. Pull your money out, also. At least one is pushing the experimental injection!
Arizona Senate Subpoenas Met With Non-Compliance
In addition to a breakdown of MCBOS and Dominion not complying, there's an interesting tidbit about the Voter Registration Access System (VRAS):
2019 Work Group Report for Maricopa County Elections
An investigation of who owns the voter registration records brings some confusion over the response from Adel and the MCBOS. It seems a report from the Maricopa County Elections Workgroup in May of 2019 indicates the County and the Recorder have shared resources and “real-time access to updated voter registration information,” among other things.
