Arizona Senate Rules, Rule 2D states “The President shall sign all acts, addresses, joint resolutions, writs, warrants & subpoenas issued by the order of the Senate, and decide all questions of order…”
The Mason’s Manual of Legislative Procedure, “No affidavit charging contempt need be filed before a house to authorize it to issue its warrant to arrest a contumacious person who refuses to testify before one of its committees. The written report of the committee is sufficient authority for the issuance of the warrant.”

Another follow-up from Senator Wendy Rogers regarding the Scottsdale Unified consent form:
I have checked with my staff about the Orwellian Scottsdale Survey. Thankfully, the Arizona Legislature passed a bill that was signed into law back in 2016 which forced schools to ask parents for permission before completing surveys like this. There is a $500 fine against the violator for each occurrence.
The Orwellian Scottsdale Survey is optional. To opt-out, I suggest parents send a letter ("Read Receipt" requested) to the school and teacher, in writing, that you want to opt-out of ALL surveys like this, to include this:
"2021-2022 Parental/Legal Guardian Consent to Participation in Social Emotional Behavior Screening''
That way, if the school district ever forces your child to fill out a survey without your consent, then you will have two examples of evidence for the lawsuit:
1. A letter with the "Read Receipt" you sent.
2. And they would NOT have the signed form back from you, where they would've had your permission.
Furthermore, to help promote this awareness campaign, I ask all parents to shred their form and post the video of them doing their shredding on social media and then tag me. I will retweet the best ones. Hashtag #ShredIt.

Banner Health announces mandatory Roner Jabs for employees beginning Nov. 1 and is already bribing their employees.
PHOENIX (July 20, 2021) – To protect patients, team members and the community, today Banner Health notified its employees that being vaccinated for COVID-19 will be a condition of employment. With limited exceptions, all team members have until November 1 to be fully vaccinated.
In July, Banner launched an incentive program for employees who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Drawings will take place in July and August, with 10 winners total. Team members who are fully vaccinated at the time of the drawings will qualify. The winners will receive $10,000 each. Banner has also provided its employees with pay for time away to get vaccinated, mileage reimbursement and points toward its wellness program that offers discounts on health insurance.

Scottsdale Unified School District Superintendent states that the SEL consent agenda has been "updated".
The consent for the SEL screener has been updated. That language was taken from a general research/survey template and wasn't customized for SUSD. After this was called to my attention we modified the form to be specific to the screener we are using.
We are NOT collecting the other data listed here (with the exception of income data related to eligibility for free and reduced lunch).
