FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT RE: THE NEW APPOINTMENT FOR JUDGE DANIEL MARTIN.
When we called the Superior Court, Judge Martin's office, we were told instead to file a complaint of Judicial Conduct.

Due to the previous and intense litigation over the election audit, this is highly inappropriate and presents an undeniable bias and conflict of interest to the parties in this case: CV2021-006646
Judge Pamela Gates and Judge Daniel Martin should be recused. In this situation, an Independent Judge must pick a judge to oversee this case."

UPDATED CALL TO ACTION ON HB2190 - BAN ON VAX PASSPORTS
Yesterday the Republican Caucus met regarding this bill, now we need it put on the calendar for a Committee of the Whole vote. Senate President, Karen Fann, is who has the power to do that. We CANNOT allow them to merely use the Executive Order, at minimum we NEED consumer protection in statute (law).

If protecting AZ from caving in to a 'show me your papers state' matters to you - please contact Senate President Karen Fann TODAY via email at: [email protected] and also call at: (602) 926-5874
Let her know that HB2190 MUST BE HEARD on the Senate Floor! Ask politely or outright demand it! Everyone's voice and style is different - and all are valid and should not be ignored!

AZ Audit Hearing Update 4/28
Judge Martin rejects Plaintiffs’ request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), “Plaintiffs have not met the burden required to obtain a TRO.”
The Judge goes on to say that should signature verification become part of the Cyber Ninjas’ scope of work, then Plaintiffs may amend their request.
Counsel Desai suggests that Plaintiffs may appeal the Judge’s ruling on the TRO following a review of Cyber Ninjas’ policies and procedures manual.

Parties in the case must meet in an attempt to reach an agreement by 5pm that would allow Secretary of State Hobbs and her election experts, access to the Coliseum.
Cyber Ninjas policies and procedures will not be sealed and must be released by Noon tomorrow to the Plaintiffs (bad guys), *pending any appeal by the Defendants (good guys). We hope they appeal the decision ASAP.

WOW The AIRC (Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission) had 1801 VIEWS with their Public Meeting yesterday (April 27) and 87 PAGES OF COMMENTS!
You answered the call and now the AIRC are going to give all the firms more days to respond. They will also extend the comment period. SO KEEP COMMENTING. There were issues with leaving comments yesterday, imagine how many comments we would of had without technical difficulties?!
