Story for ya'll. When I was in college I was a TV repairman part time. We often had people approve a repair and never come pick their equipment up. Eventually we sold those stereos and TVs for the cost of repair. So a guy comes in one day with a claim ticket that over a year old. The receptionist up front starts reading him the riot act about having 90 days to pick up his shit and we sold his stereo. The guy just hung his head and started to leave. His friend opened the door for him and said "wow man the shit you go thru coming out of a coma". He'd been in a car wreck and had been in a coma for like 8 months. He found the claim ticket in a pair of jeans and realized he needed to get his stereo back. We ended up letting him pick something off the shelf and have it for free.
