It is latest PE13 Build from @NopeNope with some edits from my side.

Changelog:
• Permissive (but will show Enforcing)
• Encryption disabled (You can use OrangeFox or any other recovery)
• Added latest Monet Icons overlay
• Added latest SuperRyzen v10 with KernelSU
• Don't flash magisk, not required as KernelSU is there.

Requirments & Instruction:

• Use OrangeFox recovery or any you like

For Clean Flash:

• Wipe System, Vendor, Data, Cache, Dalvik
• Flash ROM.zip

For Dirty Flash:

• Flash ROM.zip
• Wipe Cache and Dalvik
