I’m Taylor, and I never imagined I would be asking for help like this. On my 30th birthday in 2023, I was thrown from a white water rafting raft and landed hard on a boulder with my lower back. Since then, my back has gotten progressively weaker. I now have a herniated L5 S1 disc that is crushing my S1 nerve root. The pain has been unbearable, and I have lost muscle function, reflexes, and have extreme numbness throughout my right leg.
