The Durham report is a result very much like the 2020 election results.

The precedent in USA history for dirty elections is pretty much to wait for the next. That is, unless the People rise up in anger and (back in the day) tar and feather a few corrupt politicians.

We did not rise up, in no small part (in my opinion)due to the 'trust the plan' narratives that bombarded us for whatever reason, and apart from AZ, the results were not met with fierce opposition.

Now we have Durham. He is not the saviour with a flaming sword of prosecution that was either predicted or hoped for. But there is ample fuel for the fires of indignation and demands for justice.

Those in Congress can only go so far on their own.

If you want Durham's report to have any real effect, especially in the area of impeachment or prosecution, you (YOU!) must light up the switchboards, fill up the email accounts and snail mail bags, and demand where possible face to face meetings with your representatives to command them to act!

Ok, so Kari's new trial wrapped up, and Judge Thompson will now decide the case.

As several of us warned you from the start, there's something really f'in broken with the conditions the Judge set for the trial up front.

The burden of proof was 1) that Kari had to prove NO signature verification was taking place, and 2) that the violation of procedure did in fact result in enough false votes to change the outcome of the election...

...without being allowed to look at the ballots in question and seeing if they were in fact skewed towards Hobbs.

Logically it appears the Judge may have set up impossible conditions, and maybe even on purpose.

As I said from the beginning... I think this doesn't go Kari's way, but THE CASE MAY STILL END UP CHANGING HOW 2024 GOES by exposing what was done so clearly, that Maricopa can't get away with doing the exact same thing again. Darkness and plausible deniability are the friends of the Deep State. Once too many people know what was done, they have to try something new.

👉So I think Kari can lose this, while still "winning" by saving us from the same shitshow happening again.👈

Saying there are at least 70k votes not verified, is more than enough for any honest Judge to peel open Pandora’s box, and call for a new election…

However what this judge asked for, was proof that at least 8,559 votes were in fact flipped from Lake to Hobbs resulting in a false outcome.

It’s not the same thing, so anyone’s guess what this judge will do.

If judge Thompson won't allow a review of the Maricopa ballot affidavits, Wendy Rogers could and should issue a subpoena. She is the chair of the elections committee and wields this power. Now that Paul Boyer is gone, she can get the votes for contempt charges. There is no excuse not to.

It seems there will be an AZ separation of powers fight? Senate says they have power and passed SCR1037, and are already moving to enforce it by banning all machines that use foreign components.

But... didn't Katie Hobbs veto this bill already?

It was Senate Bill 1074 that Hobbs vetoed. Therefor the Senate took a different legal route and is relying on their own plenary legal authority to unilaterally make changes to election infrastructure rules via Senate Concurrent Resolution 1037 (SCR 1037).

They are also relying on 2017 Homeland Security ruling regarding critical infrastructure. 👈👀

Now Hobbs will try to make a separation of powers emergency lawsuit blocking this and claiming the Senate has exceeded its authority?

But this LOOKS like the AZ Senate taking advantage of a path created by Trump all the way back in 2017, for this very purpose. 👈👀

The law requires that signatures be matched. Period.
It doesn't say "as long as you create some procedure, and follow that procedure at least part of the time... you're good".

The lack of any check & balance so humans can verify how accurate the "signature verification" process is... is JUST ANOTHER NAIL IN THE COFFIN PROVING THE WHOLE SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO HAVE THE APPEARANCE OF LEGITIMACY, WITHOUT ANY SUBSTANCE WHATSOEVER.
