"Too big to rig" means the margin pressure on those who desperately NEED to cheat, are being forced to risk it all on ever more obvious methods. GA counties hand counting ballots as a check & balance against the vote totals are one of many little wins that add up to such pressure.
I am NOT one of those who go around claiming there is nothing to worry about, and victory is assured so we can all relax and "enjoy the show".
