The Plastic Problem

I think there are many vectors of harm alongside “vaccines”. For example, wearing plastic fabrics blocks more sunlight (as well as getting in and polluting inside our body). Sunlight is itself a form of love and consciousness, some of the light frequencies go deep into our body, not just the skin. We get 2/3 of our energy from sunlight and only 1/3 from food! It’s an effort to buy clothes without plastic now, often a wool or cotton jacket will have a plastic lining.

Earth’s History

Here’s what I can put together of what happened here. This is one of the larger humans (a “giant”) who lived in the past; animals came in larger sizes then and humans also. In front of him is a lake, he’s watching a Micronova solar event reflected in the lake surface, as it’s happening, because it’s too bright to look at directly. The heat of the micronova hitting him almost instantly baked him to a ceramic, you can see that some of his blood escaped before glassification.

The reality of this event was passed down by us in the story of Medusa; Medusa is a description of what the solar event would have looked like and how it turned people into stone. (Viewing it indirectly via mirrors was the only way to avoid being baked into a ceramic).

This is not actually a sculpture, hence the internal body structure is shown as it’s chipped away.

Dissociative Non-duality

This is another example of what I mean by a dissociative approach to meditation. Here Lisa warns about using non-duality dissociatively. Perhaps in the past we might have thought this was okay to do (and even now?), I think I did it myself years ago without realising it was a problem.

In case anyone’s wondering how this could be a problem, basically it’s closing down your mind and body instead of opening it up, which is the exact opposite of actual meditation.

This is important for anyone who is dissociated: “you can tell if you’re suffering by the contractions in your body”. Some people can think they’ve overcome suffering, but actually they’ve dissociated it. One test of this is to notice if there are tension holdings in the body, because this is where our dissociated emotions will be and we dissociate them because of suffering. The XTIM Protocol will clearly reveal any tension holdings.

A dissociative approach to meditation is equivalent to going to a health spa but when you get there just stuffing your face with McDonald’s and watching nonstop TikTok!

Mass Formation Hypnosis and WTC7

As crazy as it seems, it’s true that many millions of people believed for over twenty years that the World Trade Centre Building 7 collapse was not due to a controlled demolition only because of the power of mass formation hypnosis.

When we train to protect and expand the power of our embodied consciousness we won’t so easily be fooled. Meditation is the front line.

This morning I dreamt of witnessing the emergence of land from the sea. First I saw the prophecy and then I went out and saw the real thing and they were identical. It happened in seconds, with several stages. The last part I think was a cow flying through the air, which may have been a description of the strong winds created I guess.
The “Viral Infection” Narrative

Bear in mind, the narrative of “viral infection” may be the Deep State’s favourite weapon and control method and they are desperate to maintain it, notice who you see energetically supporting that narrative.

There seems to be no such thing as viral infection. I suspect the “viral infection” narrative was created as a cover which enabled the toxicity of industrialisation and continues to enable a control agenda.

Why Can Qigong and Meditation be Painful?

That feeling of pain or discomfort during training happens because universal healing energy is coming into your body so fast that when it hits the blockages in your meridians it causes this feeling!☀️

The key is that love starts inside, falling in love within our own body. Getting to know ourselves inside. Relaxing into satisfaction, by reducing unnecessary mental and physical activity. We bring awareness inside to heal everything. ❤️

Second Gear = Turning to face experience inside our body.

Enjoyment of relaxation and the merging of our mind with our body are three aspects of the same thing, they don’t happen separately in any healthy way. That’s why full relaxation only occurs in a natural way in jhana. Regarding the important question of how to choose which gear to engage in, the key is that we use the gears to always enable ourselves to enjoy relaxation and awareness inside - in our window of tolerance - to feel okay or even to feel good.

What Is Meditation?

Meditation can mean many things, have many aspects and involve many activities, but the fundamental meaning of ‘meditation’ is that we reduce unnecessary mental and physical activity; i.e we relax. This is what I call the Relaxation Principle, but we could also call it the Meditation Principle; the main principle of meditation is that we relax. Because of this, the deepest meditation is considered to be when we have either reduced unnecessary activity the most deeply or reduced the deepest form of unnecessary activity. No form of meditation can really be considered meditation unless it involves reducing some activity and some kind of relaxation happens.
