So, if I'm reading this correctly, this man either had a sign, or perhaps shared a sticker or graffiti that offended a 13 year old minority child and for this he gets sent to prison for 26 weeks? As ever, the press go out of their way to avoid providing information on which to make a proper judgement about such things.
