The Unlimited Hangout Podcast Ep 01 - Prediction Markets (2026)

In the pilot episode of The Unlimited Hangout Podcast, Whitney Webb and Mark Goodwin discuss their latest investigation into Polymarket and how the company was born out of a desire to resurrect the US military's controversial Policy Analysis Market, also known as the Terrorism Futures Market, from 2003.

Also discussed is the largely unknown background of Polymarket founder Shayne Coplan, the role of oligarch Peter Thiel in privatizing failed DARPA programs like the Policy Analysis Market, and how Coinbase helped sunset Polymarket's unofficial predecessor Augur after Coinbase's earliest employees poured money into Polymarket shortly after its founding.

Bible Study Habits with Alex Bernardo | The Libertarian Christian Institute (2026)

Most people who want to know how to study the Bible are looking for a system. A plan to finish in a year, the "right" translation, a highlighting method that finally sticks. Alex Bernardo, host of the Protestant Libertarian Podcast and a trained biblical studies student, spent this episode dismantling that instinct. There is no single correct method. There is only the daily habit of putting yourself in front of the text and refusing to leave until it has done something to you.

Doug Stuart noticed Alex's heavily marked-up Bible over breakfast at Acton University and wanted to know the man behind the exegesis. What came out is a working philosophy of Bible study that treats intellectual growth and discipleship as the same project, not competing ones. You cannot grow as a disciple without growing in understanding, and understanding that never touches your life is just trivia.

"The Palestine Laboratory" | Antony Loewenstein (2023)

For more than 50 years, the occupation of the West Bank and Gaza has given the Israeli state invaluable experience in controlling an 'enemy' population, the Palestinians. It's here that they have perfected the architecture of control, using the occupied Palestinian territories as a testing ground for weaponry and surveillance technology that they then export around the world.

The Palestine Laboratory shows in depth and for the first time how Israel has become a leader in developing spying technology and defence hardware that fuels some of the globe's most brutal conflicts — from the Pegasus software that hacked Jeff Bezos's and Jamal Khashoggi's phones, and the weapons sold to the Myanmar army that has murdered thousands of Rohingyas, to the drones being used by the European Union to monitor refugees in the Mediterranean who are left to drown.

Episode 1: The Palestine Laboratory Podcast: Start-Up Nation (2024)

Investigative journalist Antony Loewenstein questions the narratives he was taught growing up in the Jewish Diaspora as he traces the origins of Israel’s military-industrial complex, examining how Israel became one of the world’s leading arms and tech exporters. When a military force essentially creates a nation, can they ever be truly separated?

Guests: Mariam Dawwas, Haim Brasheeth-Zabner and Ghada Karmi.

Episode 2: The Palestine Laboratory Podcast: How To Make Friends (2024)

Investigative journalist Antony Loewenstein uncovers how the Palestine Laboratory has operated since 1948, detailing Israel’s long-standing role as a major arms dealer to some of the world’s most repressive regimes. Using declassified documents, Loewenstein traces secret deals made with dictators from Pinochet's Chile to apartheid South Africa and explores how Israel's military model is now being replicated in places like Myanmar and India. As history repeats itself, how does Israel continue to act with impunity?

Guests: Daniel Silberman and Sasha Polakow-Suransky

Episode 3: The Palestine Laboratory Podcast: Privatising The Occupation (2024)

In the wake of 9/11, Israel’s defense industry boomed, positioning itself as a key beneficiary of the "war on terror." Loewenstein explores how private Israeli companies market their surveillance technology—tested first on Palestinians—across the globe, claiming to have the answers to address ‘global insecurity.’ In reality, it results in tighter borders, greater monitoring of refugees, and increased state surveillance. We hear from Palestinians about how these repressive tools are being used today in both Gaza and the West Bank. Can democracy exist in a society under mass surveillance? And, does it actually make us any safer?

Guests: Jez Heywood, Andrew Feinstein, Mona Shtaya, Mariam Dawas.

Episode 4: The Palestine Laboratory Podcast: After October 7 (2024)

In this final episode, Loewenstein examines the fallout of October 7, exploring the devastating aftermath in Gaza, Israel’s live-testing of AI-enabled weapons, and the West’s support of Israel’s military expansion. Featuring eyewitness accounts from Gaza, he asks: what does a post-October 7 world look like for Palestine and Israel? The Palestine laboratory isn’t inevitable.

Guests: Gideon Levy, Dr Khaled Dawas and Maha Hussaini.

The Palestine Lab: Exporting Occupation Technology (w/ Antony Loewenstein) | The Chris Hedges Report (2025)

Gaza has become a testing ground for Israeli and Western weapons and surveillance tools — technologies that, as filmmaker and journalist Antony Loewenstein warns, will inevitably be used to target populations across the globe
A threat actor on the Altenen cybercrime forum is distributing a 17 GB SQL database claimed to have been stolen from SplitVPN, formerly known as NotVPN, a Russian VPN marketed for bypassing internet censorship. Mysterium’s research team obtained a copy, verified it against the raw dump, and confirmed the numbers: roughly 23.4 million user records, 13.6 million device records, 2.6 million payment records, and 58 million connection logs. A VPN that promised zero logs kept tens of millions of them.

Mysterium frames the structural lesson clearly: a conventional VPN is a centralized intermediary where the provider, not the user, decides what gets logged. “No-logs” is an unauditable marketing claim backed by nothing the user can verify. When the provider logs anyway, for billing, anti-fraud, capacity planning, or less benign reasons, the user has no way to know until a 17 GB file with their email shows up on a forum.

Considering Russia has an ever growing list of banned VPNs, and this one is based in Russia but not on the list, could this be a FSB honeypot?

Multibacillary leprosy unmasked by COVID-19 vaccination

The patient's symptoms and clinical and histologic findings were consistent with multibacillary leprosy. Given the temporal relationship with COVID-19 vaccination 10 to 15 days previously, his reaction was likely unmasked by the COVID-19 vaccine.

Resisting the New World Order: Your Technocratic Slave Camp

Unpopular opinion, but that's what I fucking do. Suck it up buttercup.

Regarding the guy who was arrested for wiping data at the border check. He only has himself to blame. You are NOT required to hand over a password, for any reason ever. He did NOT know and/or assert his rights. He ALLOWED himself to be intimidated into doing something he need NOT do. Know your fucking rights and don't be a bitch. 'NO' works very well.
