Einkorn: The Oldest Ancient Grain Rapidly Gaining Attention from Researchers for Superior Gut Health

Einkorn is the oldest of the "ancient grains," and its rising popularity in recent years has led to some interesting findings about this ancient grain, and just how healthy it is.

Fortunately, recent research has looked beyond the modern dogma which claims that the "gluten" found in wheat varieties is toxic to human health, focusing instead on how wheat is grown and processed, since the gluten from grains has been a part of the diet of humans for many thousands of years and was always considered healthy.

More recent studies, many of them done in Turkey where einkorn (known as Siyez in Turkey) is native, and not an introduced crop (like in the U.S.), have shown that einkorn is unique in producing lactic acid bacteria and other "probiotics" necessary for gut health.

This is accomplished by using traditional "sourdough" preparations of the flour.

In one study done in Turkey, they added einkorn flour to "Peksimet", a traditional Turkish twice-baked bread valued for its hard, dry texture, long shelf life, and role as a durable staple food in Turkish and Turkish-Cypriot cuisine.

They found that the einkorn flour resulted in a significant decrease in the glycemic index, which is important for those suffering from diabetes or high blood sugar due to the consumption of too many carbohydrates.

Canada’s Safe Social Media Act Requires ID Checks

Canada’s Bill C-34, the Safe Social Media Act, sets a social media age of 16 and requires age verification for users.

A briefing note for Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault, dated June 11, sets out how to defend Bill C-34, the “Safe Social Media Act,” which the Canadian government tabled the day before. The note expects Google and Meta to support the bill and lists child-safety groups among its backers.

C-34 raises the minimum age for a social media account to 16 and puts age-verification duties on the platforms Canadians use every day. To keep anyone younger off a service, a platform first has to establish how old everyone is, which means checking the age of adults as well. The bill lets companies verify age directly or estimate it, the first route pointing toward government ID, the second toward AI that guesses age from a face. A Digital Safety Commission of three to five members would decide which methods are acceptable and would oversee the destruction of the data collected along the way.

Age verification works only by gathering identity data on the entire adult population of a platform. The rule to destroy that data exists because the system collects it from adults in the first place, and the government’s safeguard is a promise to delete it afterward. Anonymity ends at the sign-up screen.

The talking points sell none of this. The note tells Guilbeault to call the bill “an essential step forward” and to describe online safety as a shared duty, with protecting children “a collective responsibility.”

The note quotes Google as “committed to working with the federal government to establish higher safety standards for all platforms.” Meta told the government it wants “safe, positive online experiences for young people” and is assessing the bill. The government read those replies as approval and built its messaging around them. Google and Meta run on harvesting personal data, and the bill would route a new stream of identity checks through the platforms they operate.

The note also lists endorsements from Children First Canada, UNICEF Canada, and the Canadian Medical Association. It cites polling to show the public is already onside. A 2025 Dais survey put support for requiring platforms to reduce harmful content at 69 percent. A Leger poll found 77 percent backing tougher regulation of social media and AI. The government says four in 10 Canadians report exposure to online hate every week or month.

The hypocrisy (and futility) of focusing on "The Jews" — You don't like it when social justice warriors blame all the ills of society on white people, but how is blaming the Jews any different? You can point to their disproportionate representation in certain fields and positions of power, but any black or brown person could use the same logic to say the same about whites. These same people who constantly bring up the "Jewish question" point to the fact that most modern Jews are Ashkenazi, and their genetic origins trace to western and southern Europe (not the Middle East), but they never seem to consider the implications: If Ashkenazis are European, then the only thing that sets them apart from non-Jewish "whites" is their culture and beliefs. You can fault them for showing loyalty and preference for their tribe, but the truth of the matter is that all cultures do this to some degree. The grand irony is that demonizing a culture only strengthens the tribal instinct. In the same way that social justice nonsense has actually pushed white people to defend their race, the demonization of Jews over the millennia has only served to strengthen their identity.

Now here comes the tricky part. Many who dive deep down the rabbit hole come across evidence of a satanic cult that traces back to biblical times. The worship of Baal and the sacrifice of children is historical fact. A contingent of the Israelites joined this cult and were corrupted by it. Some families passed this evil down through the generations. However to call this cult Jewish is intellectually dishonest. Anyone who has researched this topic thoroughly knows that the satanic network I am referring to has infiltrated every major religion and has members of every race and ethnicity. The real enemy is the spiritual force that unifies them. Failure to understand this plays into their hands.

Which brings us to the elephant in the room: what exactly do people hope to accomplish by focusing on the ethnicity of some of the bad guys? What course of action would they hope to inspire? Nothing good comes from this line of thought. If an entire people can be framed as a problem, the "solution" is always going to be ugly. You can't take down an Italian mafia by going after all Italians. You can't take down a Mexican cartel by arresting all Mexicans. You can't take down a neo-nazi gang by locking up all whites. And you certainly can't take down the globalist cabal by demonizing Jews. Real justice holds individuals and organizations responsible for the crimes they actually commit. Anything else is injustice; a crime in and of itself.
