This is not a broken system.
This is a designed one
CPS doesn’t survive on protecting children
it survives onprocessing families
Allegations come in like this:
She let the kid outside without shoes.”
He had a runny nose.
They look dirty.
They let their child ride a bike
I feel something is off
I think something is wrong.
That is not evidence.
That is opinion with a badge
And here’s the truth no one wants to say out loud:
Bias lives in every human being.
But when bias holds state power, it becomes a weapon.
CPS workers do not know these families.
They don’t live there.
They don’t see the love.
They don’t understand the struggle.
They don’t know the history.
Yet they take children anyway
and call it protection.
Protection from what
And at what cost
Because what follows is always the same:
No-contact orders
•Silence for parents
Isolation for children
Threats disguised as service
Compliance demanded instead of truth
Parents are told:
Do what we say, or you don’t see your kids.
That is not help.
That is coercion under color of law.
You cannot heal children by ripping them away from their parents.
You cannot protect kids by destroying their attachments.
You cannot claim best interest while violatingfundamental constitutional rights.
The Supreme Court has already said it:
The parent-child relationship is a fundamental liberty interest.
That means the government has no authority to interfere unless there is:
•Real harm
Immediate danger
Visible proof
•Strict legal justification
Not i think.
Not “I feel.
Not someone said.
Yet this system takes children first…
and justifies it later.
That’s not law.
That’s power without accountability.
And when power stops answering to truth, it becomes something else:
It becomes a machine.
A machine that runs on:
Case numbers
Federal funding
Placement pipelines
Courtroom silence
And broken families
Kids move through the system like inventory.
Files get tagged.
Homes get emptied.
Families get erased.
And the system keeps saying it’s for the children.
But let’s be honest:
Children are not being traumatized by their parents.
They are being traumatized by the State.
They cry.
They beg.
They self-harm.
They shut down.
And the system calls that adjustment
No — that is state-created trauma
Parents aren’t losing their kids because they are evil.
They’re losing them because the system needs movement.
And movement requires removal.
This is not about safety.
This is about control.
And when the government starts deciding:
Who gets to be a parent
Who gets to love
Who gets to stay together
…without constitutional proof
Then the question isn’t what went wrong
The question is:
How long did we let this happen
Children are not property.
Parents are not disposable.
And the government is not God.
If the Constitution can be ignored in family court,
then it doesn’t exist at all.
And that is the rabbit hole no one wants to talk about.
Because once you see it
you can’t unsee it.

The MAGA Cult is Destroying America
I have been watching for defections in the MAGA cult ever since the Epstein files have been released, which so clearly show how President Trump and most of his administration were complicit with Epstein's horrible crimes of sex trafficking and his criminal financial empire.
Honestly, other than possibly Marjorie Taylor Greene, a politician in the House of Representatives who quit and is now saying all the right things, I have not seen any defections from the MAGA cult.
Catherine Austin Fitts was recently interviewed by a MAGA supporter who apparently has a rather large following online.
I watched the interview to try to understand the thinking of those in the MAGA cult, and it was very informative.
I clipped out a few portions to give you a taste of the interview and what MAGA believers think. It is only 7 minutes long.
What if the entire MAGA movement turned on Trump right now, and demanded justice for all the children that he has raped and tortured, as well as funding Jeffrey Epstein, along with fellow billionaires Leslie Wexner and Bill Gates?
But they won't, because most of them are Zionists who literally worship Trump as their savior, while giving lip service to Jesus as Christians.
Their "belief" in Jesus is not strong enough to trust him alone, as they actually believe that Trump is the anointed one. (Note: The Greek word for "anointed one" is "Christ".)
Trump could have never pulled off Operation Warp Speed without his MAGA followers, and now he is leading them straight down the road to Hell, as they all cheer the U.S. military as they prepare to attack Iran.
If the U.S. does attack Iran and start WW III, we can all blame the MAGA cult, because without them, Trump would be powerless.

Earlier this week, on February 17, 2026, agrochemical maker Bayer, who purchased fellow agrochemical maker Monsanto in 2018, and inherited the Roundup brand of herbicides containing glyphosate, which has been linked to cancer, announced a $7.25 billion settlement with cancer patients due to their use of glyphosate.
The very next day, on February 18, 2026, President Trump issued an executive order mandating domestic production of elemental phosphorus and glyphosate-based herbicides, for use in agriculture and the military.
This executive order gives further evidence that chemical companies like Bayer and Monsanto have a long history of using their herbicide chemicals in both the military and agriculture.
In the military, uses of their chemicals kill people, such as Monsanto's "Agent Orange" which was used in the Vietnam war.
In the agricultural use of their chemicals, they kill weeds while protecting genetically modified crops that have been engineered to survive being sprayed with these killer chemicals, such as Roundup.

During out talks with F-Droid users at FOSDEM26 we were baffled to learn most were relieved that #Google has canceled their plans to lock-down #Android.
Why baffled? Because no such thing actually happened, the plans announced last August are still scheduled to take place. We see a battle of PR campaigns and whomever has the last post out remains in the media memory as the truth, and having journalists just copy/paste Google posts serves no one.
But Google said… Said what? That there’s a magical “advanced flow”? Did you see it? Did anyone experience it? When is it scheduled to be released? Was it part of Android 16 QPR2 in December? Of 16 QPR3 Beta 2.1 last week? Of Android 17 Beta 1? No? That’s the issue… As time marches on people were left with the impression that everything was done, fixed, Google “wasn’t evil” after all, this time, yay!
While we all have bad memories of “banners” as the dreaded ad delivery medium of the Internet, after FOSDEM we decided that we have to raise the issue back and have everyone, who cares about Android as an open platform, informed that we are running out of time until Google becomes the gate-keeper of all users devices.
Hence, the website and starting today our clients, with the updates of F-Droid and F-Droid Basic, feature a banner that reminds everyone how little time we have and how to voice their concerns to whatever local authority is able to understand the dangers of this path Android is led to.
We are not alone in our fight, IzzyOnDroid added a banner too, more #FDroid clients will add the warning banner soon and other app downloaders, like Obtainium, already have an in-app warning dialogue.

That in fact, is not necessary in order for such a conglomerate of power to operate, as the top-down hierarchy need not expose themselves to those who are far down the chain-of-command so to speak, as compartmentalism is used as the psychological maneuvering tool to control the resulting outcome.

Even if they do pass this law. Linux is not beholden to any regional geographic location. The one distro and company that Colorado could affect is System76 and PopOS. It is also safe to assume that the legislatures are technology illiterate window lickers. There is also the complication of jurisdiction. PopOS is based on Ubuntu which is based on Debian. PopOS would not have any control over things outside of its own development.
Microsoft needs no persuasion as they already vacuum your colon clean on any personal information.
