I took NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH when I was pregnant.
Headaches, swollen ankles, and other unmentionable pains - just powered through it to protect my unborn babies.
Didn't trust the FDA, etc. then, and even less so now.
Try telling those pregnant during the C19 spell - a 99.9% survivable flu - they WOULD NOT LISTEN.
I know many who lost their babies, among other horrific side effects.
