1. 群組宗旨。本群組以討論 Pokemon GO 遊戲為主，另可討論其餘寶可夢相關話題。
1-1 若有台灣重大時事事件發生，管理員會斟酌開放讓大家適度閒聊，或會更改群組標題。
1-2 若討論無關重大時事或寶可夢話題，偏題過久，管理員可以出面提醒。

2. 禁止(違規)行為。以下諸項為禁止行為，違者視情況將處分或請出群組送客：
2-1 張貼跟寶可夢無關及非寶可夢群組之邀請連結。
2-2 張貼引戰、農場網站文章。
2-3 張貼廣告及招生訊息，諸如飛人社團、投資賺錢群組。
2-3-1 若有騷擾群友行為，或邀請、拉入其他群組行為，管理員可立即封鎖。
2-3-2 本群已加入
2-4 徵求外掛及破解教學。
2-5 徵求或買賣寶可夢帳號。
2-6 討論有關政治色彩、宗教類、直銷類之爭議內容等。
2-7 徵求代為開設、註冊帳號。
2-8 公開嗆聲吵架與人身攻擊。
2-9 其他由管理員認定，干擾群組正常運作或違反 Telegram 官方規定(恐攻、兒童色情等)的內容。
2-10 若個別群員之大頭貼、簽名、姓名可能違反群規，但情節非重大時，由管理員提醒其於一定時間內刪除或修正。
3. 飛人、多帳相關條款。本群組禁止個人非正規遊玩寶可夢，以及個人給遊戲帶來外部成本的行為：
3-1 請勿討論自身的多帳行為與多帳推廣。包括但不限於：提及自己使用多重帳號遊玩寶可夢、張貼多組好友代碼等。
3-2 請勿討論竄改 GPS 的遊戲方式。包含但不限於：文字、截圖、影片等可供識別的內容。張貼內容至群組前，請先檢查。
3-2-1 被證實使用偽造 GPS APP 者，管理員會跳過口頭警告，逕行限制權限。
3-3 雷達、非登入帳號的查IV程式，不在判定違規的範圍以內。
3-4 本群不全以 Niantic 官方之規章，作為判定依歸。
4. 處分、申訴與群務相關事項。觸犯群規者，Admin 將對群組或群組成員，有以下處置：
4-1 各級別權限限制如下：
等級1處分：僅刪除違規訊息，口頭警告，不做任何限制。
等級2處分：刪除違規訊息，並禁止傳送訊息，包括但不限於媒體、貼圖、GIF、遊戲、內嵌機器人、連結等，期限為一日。
等級3處分：同等級二，期限為七日。累犯者，期限為七日或以上。
等級4處分：刪除違規訊息，請出群組，並列入黑名單。
4-2 群員發覺疑似違規行為時，得使用
4-3 若群員短時間內頻繁使用或濫用
4-4 Admin 發現疑似違規行為時，得標註違規群員，令其於24小時內自行刪除或修正。
4-5 除情節重大之廣告行為，Admin 得不經宣告使用 @hexlightning_bot 直接封禁外，執行等級2以上處分，應至少標註或貼出違規群員之暱稱或 UID、違規事由與限制期間。
4-6 群組若遇到特殊狀況，比如大量鬧版、攻擊或討論數量過多時，Admin 得限制群組全體權限，包括禁止傳送特定內容或慢速模式，但應取得 Admin 之間的共識追認。
4-7 群組會不定時以
4-8 若對群務有意見或建議，因未開放申訴用群組，若非受處分而遭限制，請直接向 Admin 申訴。
5. 群規修訂。群規未盡完善處，將由 Admin 討論後，以不定時修訂的辦法施行。
6. 群規雙版本優先順序。群規有繁體中文與英文兩種版本。有衝突發生時，以繁體中文版為優先；仍有疑慮時，由任一 Admin 進行解釋；群規的最終解釋權，歸群組 Owner 所有。
7. 群規施行。最新一次修訂的群規，自發佈日隔日八時起施行。
7-1 以繁體中文版群規的發布日，視為英文版群規的發佈日。
7-2 施行群組之工作時區，為台北時間(UTC+8)。

1. 群組宗旨。本群組以討論 Pokemon GO 遊戲為主，另可討論其餘寶可夢相關話題。
1-1 若有台灣重大時事事件發生，管理員會斟酌開放讓大家適度閒聊，或會更改群組標題。
1-2 若討論無關重大時事或寶可夢話題，偏題過久，管理員可以出面提醒。
1-3 附帶廣告和其他營利機制的影片和網頁連結，如果內容和 Pokemon GO 有關的話暫不禁止，也請大家不要過度張貼。
2. 禁止(違規)行為。以下諸項為禁止行為，違者視情況將處分或請出群組送客：
2-1 張貼跟寶可夢無關及非寶可夢群組之邀請連結。
2-2 張貼引戰、農場網站文章。
2-3 張貼廣告及招生訊息，諸如飛人社團、投資賺錢群組。
2-3-1 若有騷擾群友行為，或邀請、拉入其他群組行為，管理員可立即封鎖。
2-3-2 本群已加入
@hexlightning_bot ，請留意造成閣下被所有加盟 hex 的中文群組全域封鎖之情況。2-4 徵求外掛及破解教學。
2-5 徵求或買賣寶可夢帳號。
2-6 討論有關政治色彩、宗教類、直銷類之爭議內容等。

3. 飛人、多帳相關條款。本群組禁止個人非正規遊玩寶可夢，以及個人給遊戲帶來外部成本的行為：
3-1 請勿討論自身的多帳行為與多帳推廣。包括但不限於：提及自己使用多重帳號遊玩寶可夢、張貼多組好友代碼等。
3-2 請勿討論竄改 GPS 的遊戲方式。包含但不限於：文字、截圖、影片等可供識別的內容。張貼內容至群組前，請先檢查。
3-2-1 被證實使用偽造 GPS APP 者，管理員會跳過口頭警告，逕行限制權限。
3-3 雷達、非登入帳號的查IV程式，不在判定違規的範圍以內。
3-4 本群不全以 Niantic 官方之規章，作為判定依歸。
4. 處分、申訴與群務相關事項。觸犯群規者，Admin 將對群組或群組成員，有以下處置：
4-1 各級別權限限制如下：
等級1處分：僅刪除違規訊息，口頭警告，不做任何限制。
等級2處分：刪除違規訊息，並禁止傳送訊息，包括但不限於媒體、貼圖、GIF、遊戲、內嵌機器人、連結等，期限為一日。
等級3處分：同等級二，期限為七日。累犯者，期限為七日或以上。
等級4處分：刪除違規訊息，請出群組，並列入黑名單。
4-2 群員發覺疑似違規行為時，得使用
@+admin 功能，讓 @hexlightning_bot 標註各管理員處理。4-3 若群員短時間內頻繁使用或濫用
@+admin 功能，群組 Admin 得口頭警告，或暫時限制其使用該功能。4-4 Admin 發現疑似違規行為時，得標註違規群員，令其於24小時內自行刪除或修正。
4-5 除情節重大之廣告行為，Admin 得不經宣告使用 @hexlightning_bot 直接封禁外，執行等級2以上處分，應至少標註或貼出違規群員之暱稱或 UID、違規事由與限制期間。
4-6 群組若遇到特殊狀況，比如大量鬧版、攻擊或討論數量過多時，Admin 得限制群組全體權限，包括禁止傳送特定內容或慢速模式，但應取得 Admin 之間的共識追認。
4-7 群組會不定時以
@hexlightning_bot 清理已刪除帳號或潛水群員。4-8 若對群務有意見或建議，因未開放申訴用群組，若非受處分而遭限制，請直接向 Admin 申訴。
5. 群規修訂。群規未盡完善處，將由 Admin 討論後，以不定時修訂的辦法施行。
6. 群規雙版本優先順序。群規有繁體中文與英文兩種版本。有衝突發生時，以繁體中文版為優先；仍有疑慮時，由任一 Admin 進行解釋；群規的最終解釋權，歸群組 Owner 所有。
7. 群規施行。最新一次修訂的群規，自發佈日隔日八時起施行。
7-1 以繁體中文版群規的發布日，視為英文版群規的發佈日。
7-2 施行群組之工作時區，為台北時間(UTC+8)。

3-2 do not discuss/posting/promoting spoofer content. (incl. text, pictures, videos, etc.) check your content before post them into group!
3-2-1 violating this rule triggered by gps spoofing, will result in ban for several days directly.
3-3 contents about radar or non-login iv appraiser ARE accepted.
3-4 The group rule would not based on Niantic’s official rules and regulations entirely.
4. Restrictions, Appeal and group moderation.
4-1 Restrictions are described as follows:
