When the package landed safely in front of our doorstep, Roscoe was fast asleep. I could hardly contain my excitement, knowing it was sent with so much love by his Aunty Camila. I wrestled with the idea of waking him up but ultimately gave in because I just had to see his face when he opened it. When we opened the box, we discovered the most unexpected gift—a huge playhouse! And the best part? It’s a brilliant shade of blue! Roscoe’s eyes lit up like a Christmas light the moment he saw it. This playhouse couldn’t be more perfect as a Christmas gift, I can already picture him playing with it for years to come. But more than that, this playhouse will be a reminder to Roscoe of how deeply he’s loved. Every time he steps inside, he’ll think of his incredible Aunty Camila. My niece, Camila M. Swinscoe, has always had this effortlessly cool, confident energy about her. Looking at this moodboard, I can see so much of her personality reflected in it.
