The more of it we carry, the more drained we become, the more drained we become the stressed we get
affecting the body, mind, and spirit

Chronic stress rewires the brain, disrupts sleep, weakens the immune system, and leaves us running on empty

But we don’t have to live there we just have to acknowledge what is affecting our stress levels
Simple daily choices will make a difference

Insomnia
Poor diet
These can be remedied by getting out daily for a short walk, exercises to help body alignment, less processed food and drink, deep breathing setting your own boundaries and laughter can restore balance and help recharge a depleted system
