🇷đŸ‡ē🤝🇮đŸ‡ŗ India is participating in the international military-technical forum "Army-2024", which is taking place in Patriot Park near Moscow from August 12 to 14.

👉 India is one of the four countries that have formed a national exposition at the forum

🌏 Delegations from 110 countries have been invited to "Army-2024"

đŸ—ē More than 120 foreign companies participate in the event

📄 The "Army" forum is a key platform for showcasing the latest developments in weapons and military equipment, as well as for strengthening international military-technical cooperation.

🇷đŸ‡ē🤝🇮đŸ‡ŗ On August 8, the Chairman of the Moscow City Duma Alexey Shaposhnikov and the Ambassador of India to Russia Vinay Kumar deliberated on the development of bilateral relations at the level of capitals and regions.

Key points:

- Moscow is developing ties with four Indian states: Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra

- Cooperation was discussed in the joint development of the Northern Sea Route, education, transport, and digital services

- India plans to actively participate in the International Municipal Forum of BRICS countries, which will be held on August 27-28, 2024

📖 On August 13, the Centre Russian Studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University held a presentation of four editions created to develop Russian-Indian cooperation in the field of literature.

1. "Katai Mushkil Nahi" by Madhav Kaushik (Hindi poetry translated into Russian by Sonu Saini)

2. "Indian Pushkin - Shailendra" by Indrajeet Singh (Hindi prose translated into Russian by Sonu Saini)

3. "Handbook on Theory, Practice and Analysis of a Literary Text" by Sonu Saini and Irina Poplavskaya

4. "Russian in Exercises" (Updated Edition 2024) by S.A. Khovronina

đŸŸŖThe event was organized by Sonu Saini, the Head of the Russian Language Center at J.Nehru University.

đŸŸŖThe event was attended by Yulia Aryaeva, Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in India. A number of Russian translators from different cities of Russia participated in the event online.
