๐ฉฐ On April 25, the Russian House in New Delhi hosted the annual concert of the cultural centreโs Russian Ballet School.
โ๐ป The audience was addressed by DCM & Minister Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in India Roman Babushkin and Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in India Elena Remizova who underscored the significance of organising such events for further strengthening of the two countriesโ cultural dialogue.
Young artists from the dance studio took to the stage under the guidance of professional choreographer, former soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre Galina Vishnyakova.
๐ Their performance of ballet numbers from classical productions by Pyotr Tchaikovsky became a real highlight of the evening. Graceful movements and impeccable technique immersed the audience in a magical atmosphere, reminding them of the eternal beauty of the Russian ballet.
Complementing the dance programme, at the foyer of the Russian House, a photo exhibition provided by the Russian National Museum of Music and dedicated to the life and creative path of Tchaikovsky was opened.
