📸 On September 10, at the Russian House in New Delhi, Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov took part in the solemn opening of a photo exhibition dedicated to the Russian-Indian defence cooperation and timed to coincide with the 120th anniversary of the TASS News agency.

💬 In his welcoming address, he underscored the high professionalism of TASS journalists, pointing out the contribution of the news agency — which has been operating in India since the 1940s — to fostering the bilateral relations.

Among the other speakers were the Chief Guest of the evening — Lt General of the Indian Army Devendra Pratap Pandey (Retd), Director of the Russian House in New Delhi Elena Remizova and Head of the TASS Bureau in India Evgeny Pakhomov.

👥 The event was attended by officers of the Indian Armed Forces, representatives of the diplomatic corps and the public, local journalists and Russian compatriots.

The exhibition included previously unpublished photographs by the agency correspondents, capturing significant moments of military cooperation between the two countries.

📆 It will be open to visitors for the next two weeks and later be demonstrated at the Russian Houses in Mumbai, Chennai and Trivandrum.
