💬 Spouse of the Minister Counsellor & DCM of the Embassy Olga Tsoi delivered a lecture on a landmark historical event, the Grand Imperial Ball of 1903, held at the Winter Palace in St Petersburg.

🎉 On the eve of the Orthodox Christmas and the New Year, Ded Moroz (Father Frost) and Snegurochka congratulated the representatives of the WIC Delhi while the guests danced traditional Russian “khorovod” around the Christmas tree.

🤗 The meeting ended with a New Year's buffet.

🇷🇺🇮🇳 On December 25, diplomats of the Russian Embassy in India attended a Christmas concert at the MCD Primary School in Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi.

🎄The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and the sweet sound of carols. The diplomats brought along gifts from the legendary Russian Ded Moroz — books and delicious sweets.

🎉 The event served as a poignant reminder of the true spirit of Christmas: giving, sharing, and spreading happiness. It was heartwarming to see the children come together to celebrate hope and joy through music and dance.

🇷🇺🇮🇳 On December 26, a signing of an agreement of cooperation between the N.N.Petrov National Medicine Research Center of Oncology (NMRC of Oncology) and the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) took place.

🟣 The initiative was implemented with the support of the Russian Honorary Consulate in Trivandrum.

🤝 The agreement envisaging joint research as well as faculty and students exchanges was signed online by Prof Alexei Belyaev, Director of the NMRC of Oncology, and Prof Mohanan Kunnummal, Vice Chancellor of the KUHS.

🇷🇺🇮🇳 On January 8, in Noida, Russia's Trade Representative in India Alexander Rybas took part in the grand opening of Asia's Premier Food & Beverage Trade Show "IndusFood 2025".

🟣 The ceremony was attended by India's Minister of Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan, Chairman of the Trade Promotion Council of India Mohit Singla and Chairman of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Abhishek Dev.

🤝 On the sidelines of the event, Alexander Rybas held meetings with representatives of Russian and Indian business circles as well as consultations for them on entering the markets of Russia and India. Russian companies expressed interest in supplying seafood, in particular fish, to the Indian market.

👥 It is expected that more than 80,000 participants from 60 countries will visit the three-day exhibition, and over 20 national pavilions, including Russian, will be presented to guests' attention.

🇷🇺🇮🇳 On January 10, representatives of the Russian Embassy in India took part in a round table discussion at the Russian House in New Delhi dedicated to the upcoming religious festival Maha Kumbh Mela 2025.

💬 The opening address was delivered by Member of the Indian Parliament Dinesh Sharma, who noted the importance of developing cultural and religious ties between Russia and India.

👥 Among those who attended the event were Indian historians, journalists and religious figures.
