On October 26 this year, a concert "Masterpieces of World Classics" performed by soloists of the musical theaters "St. Petersburg Opera" and "Zazerkalie" took place on the stage of the Royal Opera House (Mumbai).
Romances, arias and duets from the world musical heritage were performed, including works by S.V. Rachmaninov, P.I. Tchaikovsky, J. Bizet, J. Puccini, W.A. Mozart and other great composers.
Before the start of the program, the Consul General of Russia in Mumbai, Mr. Ivan Yu. Fetisov, made a welcoming speech, stressing the importance of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and India.

On December 6-7, Consul General of Russia in Mumbai Mr. Ivan Fetisov and Director of the Russian House in India Mrs. Elena Remizova visited Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), where they took part in the “MAWE Shine Awards” ceremony organized by the Madhya Pradesh Association of Women Entrepreneurs.
At the event, Ivan Fetisov stressed that the Russian side fully supports such initiatives, noting that the development of women's entrepreneurship is an important component of the socio-economic development of India, which also contributes to the intensification of bilateral Russian-Indian cooperation.

The Director of the Russian House in India Mrs. Elena Remizova addressed the guests of the Festival with a welcoming speech. She stressed the importance of such events to strengthen cultural ties between our countries and expressed gratitude to the Indian audience for their continued interest in Russian cinema.
