🗣️ "Поток заявлений от российских граждан, сталкивающихся с дискриминацией в Германии с начала военной спецоперации России на Украине, значительно сократился, сообщили РБК в пресс-службе посольства России в ФРГ."

✅ «В настоящее время поток обращений значительно снизился. Связываем это с эффективностью наших усилий по привлечению внимания германских властей, правоохранительных органов ФРГ и общественности к данной проблеме, а также заявлениями видных германских политиков о недопустимости подобных проявлений», — сказали в пресс-службе посольства

🙅 "...с 24 февраля в Германии, по данным федеральной полиции, было зафиксировано порядка 1700 враждебных действий. Среди них было больше всего случаев порчи имущества, включая разбитые витрины, проколотые автомобильные шины и граффити на зданиях. Преступления были направлены против людей или предприятий, в том числе лиц украинского и российского происхождения и их предприятий."

​​📞 Telefonat des russischen Präsidenten Wladimir Putin mit Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz am 13. Mai 2022

🇷🇺🇩🇪 Auf Initiative der deutschen Seite fand ein Telefongespräch zwischen Wladimir Putin und Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz statt.

🔹Die Diskussionen zur Lage in der Ukraine mit dem Schwerpunkt auf dem humanitären Bereich wurden fortgesetzt. Wladimir Putin hat ausführlich die Logik und die Hauptziele der Sondermilitäroperation zum Schutz der Volksrepubliken im Donbass sowie die Maßnahmen, die für die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Zivilbevölkerung getroffen werden, dargelegt.

🔹Es wurde auch erwähnt, dass unter Beteiligung von Vertretern der Vereinten Nationen und des Internationalen Komitees vom Roten Kreuz eine Evakuierung von Zivilisten, die von ukrainischen Sicherheitskräften im Stahlwerk Azovstal in Mariupol festgehalten worden waren, erfolgte.

🔹Es wurde auf weitere eklatante Verstöße gegen das humanitäre Völkerrecht durch sich zur nazistischen Ideologie bekennende Kämpfer und deren unmenschliche terroristische Handlungen hingewiesen. Wladimir Putin äußerte seine prinzipielle Einschätzung der russisch-ukrainischen Verhandlungen, die von Kiew grundsätzlich blockiert werden.

🔹Der russische Präsident und der deutsche Bundeskanzler haben sich auf weitere Diskussionen bezüglich erwähnter Fragen im Rahmen der Kontakte auf verschiedenen Kanälen geeinigt.

💬 С началом специальной военной операции по освобождению Донбасса Берлин сделал однозначный выбор в пользу поддержки киевского режима и встал на путь резкого ужесточения политики в отношении России. Произошло это вопреки историческому послевоенному примирению между нашими странами и народами. Был разрушен прочный каркас экономических отношений. Сегодня Германия находится среди инициаторов новых санкционных пакетов.

💬 Берлин исходит из того, что своими действиями защищает западные ценности и «порядок, основанный на правилах», который Россия якобы намерена разрушить. Поэтому здесь стараются ориентироваться на внешнеполитический курс США, поддерживать НАТО, включая поставку тяжёлых вооружений Украине, ведут дело к экономическому ослаблению и политической изоляции Москвы.

💬 Германия всеми силами стремится избежать превращения в одну из сторон конфликта на Украине. Местные политики и эксперты решительно отвергают, в том числе с использованием тщательно выверенной юридической аргументации, такую возможность. То, что Берлин оказывает Киеву военно-техническую, экономическую помощь, лечит и обучает украинских военнослужащих, здесь считают допустимым.

💬 После начала специальной военной операции Посольство фиксировало резкий всплеск случаев русофобии и дискриминации наших соотечественников в ФРГ. Речь шла о применении физической силы, моббинге, отказе в медицинском обслуживании, порче имущества и т.п. Поступавшие к нам жалобы аккумулировались и направлялись в местные правоохранительные органы и МИД ФРГ. В настоящее время наблюдаем существенный спад подобных обращений.

💬 На фоне жёстких заявлений некоторых германских политиков о необходимости отказа от российских энергоносителей местный бизнес, в особенности тот, который сильно зависит от таких поставок, ведёт себя более осторожно, призывает обдумать последствия подобного решения, которое неизбежно повлечёт за собой рост цен, инфляцию, безработицу. Стоит отметить, что призывы в пользу скорейшего введения эмбарго углеводородов из России нередко делаются из внутриполитических соображений либо в угоду либеральному медиамейнстриму, который активно поддерживает такие запреты. Здравомыслящая же часть германского политистеблишмента осознает высокую степень риска.

💬 В Берлине есть понимание, что сломить Москву быстро, не нанеся при этом себе сопутствующий ущерб, невозможно. Думаю, что идея насчёт отмены санкций нашла бы немало сторонников в ФРГ. И не только среди населения, но и тех политиков, которые мыслят на перспективу. Надо понимать, что Россия и Германия являются соседями в европейском доме. У нас тысячелетняя история двусторонних отношений. Время собирать камни обязательно наступит.

💬 Проект «Северный поток – 2» с инженерно-технической точки зрения полностью завершён. В любой момент по нему можно начать поставки энергоносителей. Однако этому препятствует политическая атмосфера в стране. Однако я убеждён в том, что придёт время и мы вернёмся к этому проекту.

​​💸 Bloomberg: Rubel überholt brasilianischen Real als leistungsstärkste Währung des Jahres
 
📈 Der russische Rubel ist seit Jahresbeginn die beste Währung in der Stärkung gegenüber dem Dollar geworden.
 
💱 Bloomberg schreibt, dass die von Russland eingeführte Kapitalverkehrskontrolle den Rubel um 11% wachsen ließ, das Wachstum des brasilianischen Real um 9% übertraf und der Marktführer unter den 31 wichtigsten Währungen wurde.

🏦 Die Kursgewinne des Rubels seien das Ergebnis einer Reihe von Maßnahmen, die die Regierung ergriffen hat, um die angeschlagene Währung nach den westlichen Sanktionen zu schützen.

💬 Mit dem Beginn der speziellen Militäroperation zur Befreiung des Donbass hat sich Berlin klar für die Unterstützung des Kiewer Regimes entschieden und sich für eine deutliche Verschärfung der Politik gegenüber Russland trotz der historischen Nachkriegsversöhnung zwischen unseren Ländern und Völkern begeben. Die starken Grundlagen der deutsch-russischen wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen wurden zerstört. Heute initiiert Deutschland neue Sanktionspakete.

💬 Berlin geht davon aus, dass es dabei westliche Werte und die so genannte "regelbasierte Ordnung" verteidigt, die Russland zerstören möchte. Daher versucht Deutschland, sich der Außenpolitik der USA anzuschließen und die NATO zu unterstützen. Darunter auch liefert es schwere Waffen an die Ukraine und macht alles, um Moskau wirtschaftlich zu schwächen und politisch zu isolieren.

💬 Deutschland versucht zu vermeiden, in den Konflikt in der Ukraine verwickelt zu werden. Lokale Politiker und Experten lehnen diese Möglichkeit entschieden ab, indem sie eine sorgfältige juristische Argumentation benutzen. Dass Berlin Kiew militärtechnische und wirtschaftliche Hilfe leistet sowie ukrainische Soldaten medizinisch behandelt und ausbildet, hält man hier für akzeptabel.

💬 Seit Beginn der speziellen Militäroperation hat die Botschaft einen starken Anstieg der Fälle von Russophobie und Diskriminierung unserer Landsleute in Deutschland festgestellt. Dazu gehört die Anwendung körperlicher Gewalt, Mobbing, Verweigerung medizinischer Behandlung, Sachbeschädigung usw. Die bei uns eingegangenen Beschwerden wurden gesammelt und an die örtlichen Strafverfolgungsbehörden und das Auswärtige Amt weitergeleitet. Derzeit ist ein deutlicher Rückgang solcher Beschwerden zu verzeichnen.

💬 Angesichts harscher Erklärungen einiger deutscher Politiker über die Notwendigkeit, auf russische Energieträger zu verzichten, agieren Unternehmer hierzulande, insbesondere die, die auf solche Lieferungen enorm angewiesen sind, viel vorsichtiger, rufen dazu auf, die Konsequenzen einer solchen Entscheidung zu bedenken, die unvermeidlich zu Preiserhöhungen, Inflation und Arbeitslosigkeit führen wird. Nennenswert ist, dass Aufrufe zur schnellstmöglichen Einführung eines Kohlestoff-Embargos aus Russland oft aus innenpolitischen Motiven oder zugunsten des liberalen Mainstreams, der solche Verbote aktiv fördert, gemacht werden. Dem vernünftigen Teil des deutschen politischen Establishments ist der hohe Risikograd bewusst.

💬 In Berlin versteht man, dass es unmöglich ist, Moskau so schnell zu brechen, ohne sich selbst erheblichen Kollateralschaden zuzufügen. Ich denke, dass die Überzeugung über die Aufhebung der Sanktionen in Deutschland ziemlich viele Befürworter finden würde. Und das nicht nur in der Bevölkerung, sondern auch in den Reihen solcher Politiker, die langfristig denken. Man sollte verstehen, dass Russland und Deutschland Nachbarn im europäischen Haus sind. Wir blicken auf eine tausendjährige Geschichte bilateraler Beziehungen zurück. Die Zeit, „Steine zu sammeln“ wird bestimmt kommen.

💬 Das Projekt Nord Stream 2 ist aus technischer Sicht vollständig zu Ende geführt worden. Jeden Moment könnte man Energielieferungen über die Pipeline starten. Dies aber wird durch die politische Atmosphäre hierzulande behindert. Ich bin aber davon überzeugt, dass die Zeit zur Rückkehr zu diesem Projekt noch kommen wird.

💬 We did everything in our power to avoid a direct conflict. But they issued a challenge and we have accepted it. We are used to sanctions. We have been living under one or another form of sanctions for a long time now. The surprising thing is a surge of rabid Russophobia in almost all “civilised” countries. They have thrown to the wind their political correctness, propriety, rules, and legal norms. They are using the cancel culture against all things Russian. All hostile actions against our country are allowed, including robbery. Russian cultural figures, artists, athletes, academics, businessmen and just ordinary citizens are exposed to harassment. 

💬 The Americans started preparing the current crisis long ago, right after the end of the Cold War, having decided that the way to global hegemony was then open. NATO’s eastward expansion has been one of the key components of such a course. We tried hard to convince them not to do this. We showed where and why our red lines are drawn. We were flexible, ready to make concessions and look for compromises. All this proved futile. President Vladimir Putin reminded us of this once again in his speech on May 9 on Red Square.

💬 Today Western countries are ready to oppose Russia, as they now say, „to the last Ukrainian“. At first glance, this is a very convenient position, especially for the United States, which is managing these processes from across the ocean. At the same time, they are weakening Europe by clearing its markets for its goods, technologies and military-technical products.

💬 In fact, the situation has many layers. Russia, the United States, China and all others realise that it is being decided today whether the world order will become fair, democratic and polycentric, or whether this small group of countries will be able to impose on the international community a neo-colonial division of the world into those who consider themselves “exceptional” and the rest – those who are destined to do the bidding of the chosen few.

💬 This is the aim of the “rules-based order” concept that they have sought to introduce into general circulation for years. No one has seen, or discussed, or approved these “rules”, but they are being imposed on the international community.

💬 Clearly, Russia is not the sole target, all the more so as we will fight back. The attack is aimed at all those capable of conducting an independent policy. Take, for example, Washington’s pet Indo-Pacific strategy, which is directed against China. In parallel, it seeks to firmly and reliably harness India to the US and NATO. In the spirit of the Monroe doctrine, the United States wants to dictate standards to Latin America. The inevitable question is whether the Americans are really able to follow the key principle of the UN Charter, which states: “The Organisation is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its Members.”

▫️ Our current high-priority task is to further improve and streamline the work of the CSTO and its governing bodies. We will also provide the collective CSTO forces with modern weapons and equipment.

▫️ This autumn, there are plans to hold an entire series of joint CSTO exercises in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

▫️ During the special operation in Ukraine, documentary evidence was obtained that components of biological weapons were developed in close proximity to our borders. We count on our colleagues supporting the earliest possible implementation of Russia’s initiative to operationalise the designated CSTO council.

▫️ In this context, it is important to build up cooperation with our “natural” partners in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the Commonwealth of Independent States. By the way, we think it would be appropriate and correct – we will discuss this – to grant the CIS observer status in the CSTO.

▫️ Unfortunately, in our neighbouring country, Ukraine, neo-Nazism has been on the rise for a long time now, to which some of our partners from the “collective West” turn a blind eye. Nowhere are Nazis being glorified at the state level. But unfortunately, this is happening in Ukraine.

▫️ Russia has no problems with Finland and Sweden. Therefore, there is no direct threat to Russia in connection with NATO’s expansion to these countries. But the expansion of its military infrastructure to these territories will certainly evoke a response on our part.

​​🇷🇺 Press release on global food security in the context of a statement by the G7 foreign ministers

🔹 We noted the final statement by the foreign ministers of the G7 countries, whereby they accused Russia of unilateral steps to undermine the agricultural potential of Ukraine and worsen the status of global food security.

☝️ In this context, we would like to remind others about the primary causes of the unfavourable situation that is taking shape in the world food markets.

👉 The crisis phenomena of the past few years are primarily linked to the miscalculations and accumulated system-wide mistakes in the macroeconomic (including finances and trade), energy (including climate) and food policy of the collective West. 

👉 The COVID-19 pandemic made a bad situation worse. Its consequences, including the disruption of production and marketing chains, and higher freight and insurance costs, have caused even more turbulence in the world food and other markets.

🔹 Importantly, the unilateral actions by the Western states, primarily the G7 countries, have aggravated the disruption of logistics and financial chains for food supplies to the world markets.

​​🇷🇺 Foreign Ministry Statement on the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Council of the Baltic Sea States

🔹 The situation at the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) has been deteriorating. The NATO and EU members of the CBSS have turned their backs on equitable dialogue and the principles upon which this regional Baltic organization was built, and have consistently turned it into an anti-Russia political tool. Unlawful and discriminatory decisions are approved in violation of the consensus rule. Russia has been “excluded” from participating in CBSS work and projects. Belarus’ observer status with the CBSS has been “suspended.”

🔹 Differences within the CBSS have been brewing for quite some time. Our erstwhile partners were attempting to politicise the Council’s activities and to bring ideology into its work. We, for our part, were trying to move cooperation in a practical direction, prioritising the goal of sustainable socioeconomic development of the Baltic region. Regrettably, the destructive way of thinking of our counterparts ultimately prevailed.

🔹 The Western countries – there is no reason to be coy – have monopolised the Council for their self-seeking purposes and are planning to organise its work to the detriment of Russian interests. Extraregional problems are being imported to the Baltic area, pressure is being brought to bear on those interested in continuing full-scale cooperation, and the entirety of what has been done in recent years, not to mention stability in the region, is now in jeopardy. A CBSS ministerial session without Russian participation has been scheduled for May 25 in Kristiansand, Norway. Russia’s contribution to the CBSS budget has in fact been stolen: they are not going to pay it back, under the pretext of sanctions. 

🔹 Under these circumstances, there are no prospects of resuming normal work at the Council, which is increasingly bogged down in Russophobia and lies. We regard Russia’s further presence in the CBSS as inexpedient and counterproductive. Russia will not participate in their effort to turn this organisation into yet another venue for subversion and “Western navel-gazing.”  

🔹 In response to these hostile actions, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov has sent messages to the ministers of the CBSS member countries, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and to the CBSS Secretariat in Stockholm, notifying them of Russia’s withdrawal from the organisation. Simultaneously, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation has approved the decision to withdraw from the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference.

🔹 Terminating Russia’s CBSS membership will not affect its presence in the region. Any attempts to oust the country from the Baltic area are doomed to failure. We will continue to work with responsible partners, hold events on the key issues pertaining to the development of the Baltic region, our common heritage, and protect the interests of our compatriots.   

🔹 The current state of the CBSS is the responsibility of those who destroyed its foundations.
