It’s not always Red vs Blue. Sometimes it’s David vs Goliath. Yesterday, we killed a bill in House Judiciary GOP that would have forced plaintiffs, like small inventors, to disclose their financial backing to deep pocketed corporations in expensive lawsuits.…
Some claimed foreign adversaries are funding lawsuits in our country to gain unfair competitive advantage and access to intellectual property, so I offered this amendment to require that only foreign funding be disclosed.

When my amendment gained support, the bill was pulled.

🚨 WATCH (EXCLUSIVE): @EmeraldRobinson interviews @RepThomasMassie on the DOJ’s handling of the Epstein Files Transparency Act - and Massie doesn’t mince words.

He accuses the Department of Justice of illegal redactions, withholding key FBI 302s, draft indictments, and internal communications that federal law explicitly requires to be released.

Massie also raises serious concerns about Pam Bondi, saying U.S. Department of Justice culture won’t change unless POTUS installs a strong-willed Attorney General willing to enforce the law.

β€œThey’ve released about 1% of the files,” Massie says. β€œAnd what they’re hiding is even more troubling than what they’ve released.”

With Pam Bondi expected to testify before the Judiciary Committee in early February, Massie says accountability is coming, one way or another.

Pam Bondi is making illegal redactions and withholding key documents that would implicate associates of Epstein.

The documents that our federal law explicitly requires to be released include FD-302s, draft indictments, and internal communications.

Psst, Denmark…

Tell this administration the Epstein files are in Greenland… they’ll lose all interest and will never be able to find it.

This week, I joined Emily Jashinsky & Ryan Grim on Breaking Points to discuss why Congress should vote on whether we go to war, what’s happening with Iran, and why the Epstein files are still hidden.

🚨 MASSIE WARNS: GOP LEADERS SNUCK $350M FOR GLOBAL PROPAGANDA - POTUS MUST VETO

In an exclusive interview with @EmeraldRobinson, @RepThomasMassie reveals that Speaker Johnson quietly slipped $350 MILLION into a funding bill for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) - an organization Massie says funnels taxpayer money into left-wing propaganda, regime-change operations, and censorship networks worldwide.

β€œThis is a deep-state program that interferes in other countries and some of that money trickles back here in a very bad way.” - Rep. Massie

According to Massie:
β€’ 81 Republicans voted WITH Democrats to keep NED funded
β€’ Funds have been used in foreign election interference
β€’ The network fuels domestic propaganda and censorship

Massie says the solution is clear and URGENT:
β€œPresident Trump should use the veto pen.”

The swamp’s momentum is real. If voters aren’t watching this floor vote, the funding continues - unchecked.

β€œWe’ve got to cut this crap out of the budget.”

WATCH. SHARE. DEMAND A VETO.

Here’s the second half of my interview w/ Emily Jashinsky & Ryan Grim about Bill & Hillary Clinton’s refusal to comply with an Oversight Committee subpoena.

The Clintons are not above the law. If they fail to appear, they should be arrested.

I am a cosponsor of Brian Babin's HR 569, the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025.

This bill closes a loophole that incentivizes illegal aliens to break our laws. Under its provisions, children of illegal aliens would not qualify for 14th Amendment birthright citizenship.

Rep. Ro Khanna and I have tried to keep the Epstein files from being political.

The Democrats want to make it about Trump, and the Republicans want to make it about the Clintons.

We want to make it about the survivors and getting them justice and transparency.

β€œAnd you see no reason why those men’s names are redacted in these files?”

β€œNo, unless they were in some random lineup, but this requires the DOJ to respond to it.”

I’m posting this transcript from Monday for the finger pointers at DOJ (and their paid bot swarm) who are trying to blame anyone but themselves for DOJ’s failure to provide context for the list. As you can see and hear, I’m the one who first suggested a random lineup could be the context for four of the men that were redacted.

If you can’t take up for children who were sex trafficked, who can you take up for?

The answer: no one. You’ll defend no one if your political capital is at stake, and you need to be purged from our party.

I recommend this podcast episode if you want to know what happened last week with the social media op against me. They tried to say I voted against the SAVE Act (false) to distract from our Epstein win.

First 5 min and last 7 min on 1.5x if you’re pressed for time. Thanks!

Congress created, funds, and oversees the Department of Justice. But when will we see justice for Epstein survivors?

Over two dozen people have resigned, but none in the US have been arrested. On the House floor, I named 3 men the DOJ needs to investigate and hold accountable.

Americans need to know: our government is under siege by lobbyists from German company Bayer.

Bayer has spent over $9 million lobbying for exemption from liability for harm its chemicals like glyphosate might cause. The Constitution guarantees a trial for those who are harmed.

I had the pleasure of meeting with military veterans from WWP this morning. We discussed veterans' care and the Major Richard Star Act, which I cosponsor.

Thank you, Perry Cooke & Rana Clark (Army), Dina Parrott (Air Force), and Scott Cardinale (Marine Corps) for your service.
