This is what I say as I dance and create my bubble. If I feel my nervous system flare up during the day I say (as Helen taught me), "I return all invase energy back to its source, with love and nuetrality!" That helps me navigate as the world is being reborn. I hope that helps you 🥰
I discovered the coolest market today. If you're ever by Westport, go check it out! One of the owners Gianna greeted me at the front door. I told her I was there to buy plant based patties. She took me over to them and introduced me to her husband Lloyd. They shared cooking tips and recipes with me. She even gave my Mom & I a tour and introduced us to some new foods. They even let us try things to see if we liked them. Like the dragonfruit I enjoyed with lunch, oh man it was so delicious! I bought some things that I don't even know what they are, but I remembered how to prepare them 👍🏼

Gianna introduced me to all the staff. The store reminds me of the Cheers theme song, sometimes you want to go where everyone knows your name. I can't wait to go back. Their strawberries are so sweet too🍓

That Joyce Farms chicken is supposed to be really good too. I can't wait to try it. The other gem I found was they have "trafficking-free" shrimp. Yes, that's a big score!

We also had cards and board games to play by candlelight (or propane lights), that made for great family bonding. O, and don't forget those stars ✨️ With no light pollution you can see the milky way with your bare eyes. I would sit on the front porch, in those beat up lazy boy chairs for hours. Staring at the stars and enjoying deep philosophical conversations.

This cabin and the beautiful forest surrounding it, taught me a lot. Nature teaches us to slow down, change is necessary,
