Mandatory Node Update v0.50.0 — Activates Prime Height 1,330,000 Estimated for January 27th

We've identified and resolved issues affecting SHA and Scrypt ASIC firmware compatibility. This protocol update includes important optimizations for ASIC mining:

What's changing:
- Increased inclusion depth for SHA and Scrypt to lower orphan workshare rates
- Adjusted SHA and Scrypt share targets to reflect new efficiency gains
- Improved compatibility for certain SHA and Scrypt ASIC models that previously had issues mining QUAI, these can now mine efficiently
- Linear discount on the share reward based on staleness. This incentivizes both miners and pools to minimize share staleness

This node update is not backwards compatible. All node runners (including KawPoW pools) must update to v0.50.0 before Prime Block 1,330,000 (estimated for 3pm CST / 9pm UTCJanuary 27th.
