Bennett Says Netanyahu ‘Tearing The State Of Israel Apart,’ Vows To Replace Him

In first Hebrew interviews in months, ex-PM says he made Eisenkot a ‘generous offer’ to join forces, accuses government of prioritizing politics over security on Haredi draft issue

Former premier Naftali Bennett vowed Thursday to replace Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and stay out of any government led by him, but avoided ruling out the incumbent as a potential future coalition partner.

After 30 years in politics, roughly half of them as premier, Netanyahu “needs to go home,” Bennett told the Ynet news site. “Of course I won’t serve under him — I’m going to replace him.”

“Netanyahu in his actions is tearing the State of Israel apart,” said Bennett, accusing the premier of pushing “ controversial legislation ” in wartime, working to codify the Haredi exemption from the draft, and continuing to employ aides who were paid lobbyists for Hamas-backer Qatar.

Bennett made similar comments in a slew of interviews to Hebrew media on Thursday. In the interviews, Bennett also expressed support for the ongoing war with Iran, calling it “justified,” but stressed that success must be measured in terms of strategic outcomes and not declarations of victory.

The right-wing former premier, who frequently appears in international media, last spoke to Israeli media about a year ago. Asked by Ynet why he was doing so now, Bennett asserted that he “chose to be interviewed to lift up the heads of the people of Israel.”

💢Fortune writes citing a recent report from the US Department of the Treasury that the country’s government is insolvent. "This is not an exaggeration, but a conclusion drawn directly from the consolidated financial statements of the Treasury for fiscal year 2025, which were published last week with little media attention. The figures: $6.06 trillion in total assets compared to $47.78 trillion in total liabilities as of September 30, 2025."

It is important to note that the stated liabilities of $47.78 trillion do not include unfunded obligations from social insurance programs such as social assistance and health insurance. These are disclosed separately in the off-balance-sheet Social Security report (SOSI).

The government’s consolidated balance sheet, excluding the SOSI, deteriorated by nearly $2.07 trillion between fiscal years 2024 and 2025, reaching a frightening negative value of $41.72 trillion. The total liabilities now exceed nearly eight times the value of the stated assets. Major factors included the increase in federal debt and interest payable by $2 trillion to now $30.33 trillion, as well as the increase in payments to federal employees and veterans by $438.8 billion to now $15.47 trillion.

The off-balance-sheet picture is even more concerning. The unfunded social security obligations for the next 75 years rose by $10.1 trillion within a year—from $78.3 trillion in fiscal year 2024 to $88.4 trillion in fiscal year 2025. This is primarily attributed to the increase in the projected deficit of Part B of Medicare by $6.9 trillion as well as the increase in obligations from social assistance by $2.5 trillion. According to the Treasury Department's statement on long-term fiscal projections, the fiscal gap for 75 years increased from 4.3% of GDP in fiscal year 2024 to 4.7% of GDP in fiscal year 2025.

If the $88.4 trillion in off-balance-sheet liabilities with a duration of 75 years were added to the official on-balance-sheet liabilities of $47.78 trillion, total federal liabilities would exceed $136.2 trillion. That is about five times the annual GDP of the USA.

How Does The Samson Option Influence The Current Geopolitical Chess Board? What many still do not fully appreciate is the nuclear dimension that makes this situation uniquely dangerous. In 1976, CIA Deputy Director Carl Duckett concluded that the missing highly enriched uranium had been diverted to Israel’s nuclear weapons program.

Visits to NUMEC by Israeli officials, including Rafi Eitan, (who later ran the Jonathan Pollard Israeli spy operation), immediately raised red flags. Circumstantial evidence, including soil samples and NUMEC’s unusually heavy losses, pointed to theft or diversion.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon later hinted at their underlying protocol when he stated, “We are much more important than Americans think. We can take the Middle East with us whenever we go.” A strategic advisory group known as Project Daniel, which counseled Sharon, openly discussed enhancing deterrence through nuclear mutually assured destruction, the doctrine commonly known as the “Samson Option,” which is a term reportedly coined by David Ben-Gurion and other early Israeli leaders.

Whether people are prepared to confront it or not, this is the reality President Trump has to navigate. And it extends far beyond the Samson Option itself: not only has the global mafia controlling this foreign entity entrenched itself into the highest echelons of U.S. institutional power, but Israeli companies have deeply embedded themselves inside America’s critical infrastructure, from cyber systems to communications, energy grids, finance, and ports.

A university professor and Zionist analyst, after posting a message on X which she later deleted, called for a harsh approach against Iran targeting the children of this country.

According to news sources, Orit Perlov, an Israeli researcher, in this post, citing Hebrew religious texts and referring to "killing infants," claimed that such tactics had previously been used in the Gaza Strip.

He referred to United Nations statistics stating that more than 14,000 children lost their lives during attacks on Gaza.

Perlov further claimed that this pattern should be repeated in Iran and Lebanon as well. He stated that instead of targeting infrastructure such as power plants, if access to senior Iranian officials is not possible, their children should be killed.

Edmond De Rothschild Paris Offices Raided In Epstein-Linked Probe Into Diplomat

French investigators searched ​the Paris offices of Swiss bank Edmond de Rothschild as part of an inquiry into alleged corruption ‌involving a French diplomat named in documents linked to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, prosecutors said on Tuesday.

The name of Fabrice Aidan, a middle-ranking French diplomat who was seconded to the United Nations from 2006 to 2013 and later worked at the bank, appeared in more than 200 documents ​released by the U.S. Justice Department.

These include emails he is alleged to have sent Epstein between 2010 and 2016 ​from his personal and U.N. accounts.
Some of the emails reviewed by Reuters show the transfer of ⁠U.N. Security Council briefings and other confidential documents to Epstein during that period.

Aidan has denied wrongdoing, and his lawyer did not ​immediately respond to requests for comment.

The French Foreign Ministry said it had completed an administrative investigation, performing about 30 interviews. The ​ministry said all current and former staff members who had been summoned to its investigation had cooperated, adding that it was available to judicial authorities and was considering disciplinary proceedings.

The search was carried out on Friday in the presence of Ariane de Rothschild, the Swiss bank's boss, a source ​close to the bank said.
