Austria Approves Spyware Law to Infiltrate Encrypted Messaging Platforms | Adevs/Reclaim The Net
#Austria #Spyware #TKร
Austria is moving forward with legislation that would authorize law enforcement to infiltrate encrypted communications, marking a pivotal shift in the countryโs surveillance powers and stirring a fierce debate over digital privacy.
The federal cabinetโs approval of the plan comes after months of negotiations, with proponents citing national security needs and opponents warning of expansive overreach.
The proposed law targets messaging platforms widely used for private communication, including WhatsApp, Signal, and Telegram.
It introduces the use of spyware, formally known as source TKร, which would allow authorities to bypass encryption and monitor conversations directly on suspectsโ devices. The change represents a major escalation in surveillance capabilities for a country that has traditionally lagged behind its European counterparts in digital interception laws.#Austria #Spyware #TKร

Perspective is everything... unless you're reporting from Tel Aviv.
Hereโs an ILTV reporter standing in the heart of occupied Yafa known as Tel Aviv, voice trembling, gesturing dramatically at buildings that, spoiler alert, are still standing. A cracked window here, a broken balcony there. โcompletely decimated,โ she calls it.
Now watch this ๐๐ป
Next to her video, hereโs my home town Khiam, South Lebanon. Not cracked. Not shaken. Gone.
Flattened into dust by Israeli entity warplanes. As were dozens of towns across southern Lebanon. As was Dahiyeh, where neighborhoods turned to shadows. As was Gaza, reduced to rubble, not a city anymore, but an open grave.
So forgive me if I donโt weep over a bruised Tel Aviv sidewalk.
Because if this Israeli reporter thinks she's standing in an apocalypse, sheโs never seen what her army actually does when it wants to erase life, home by home, street by street.
Melodrama has a new capital, and itโs not in Bollywood.

What Iran just did to Israel is nothing short of an unprecedented humiliation.
For the second time in the same day, Iranian missiles targeted Israel, destroying government and military buildings as well as secret installations. But it didnโt stop there. Iranian cyber units hacked into the settlersโ public surveillance cameras and were watching them live on screen while bombing them inside their homes.
These Iranian strikes have become devastating and highly dangerous. Everything is in chaos, and no one can grasp how Iran has achieved such power and precision in its attacks. The Iron Dome is failing, unable to intercept most of the incoming missiles.
So what happened exactly? Hereโs a quick breakdown of how things got to this point.
Just about two hours ago, Iran launched a new missile salvo that resulted in one of the most precise and dangerous strikes so far.
The strike hit an area known as "Paris Square" in the occupied city of Haifa. This area includes the famous Sail Tower, the tallest building in the city, located near the rabbinical court and other important government complexes.
What many people donโt know is that the tower is not just an administrative structure. Itโs a central hub that manages the entire northern region of the Israeli entity. Inside are offices for the Ministries of Interior, Health, Education, and Justice, along with branches of the Tax Authority, Housing Ministry, and Civil Registry. Itโs also only about 700 meters from the Haifa port.
In other words, this building is the backbone of Israelโs northern administrative system.
According to the (IRGC), the buildings targeted werenโt just government offices, they also housed concealed military command and control centers (C2 sites). Iran had been tracking this area and hit them with a direct, precise strike.
So far, Israeli media has confirmed around 27 injuries from the attack, as the building was occupied at the time. The mayor of Haifa also confirmed that two strategic sites were hit, validating the significance of the target.
And it doesnโt stop there.
In this same wave of strikes, and in direct retaliation for Israelโs recent bombing of Iranโs national broadcasting center live on air, Iran hit the building of Israeli Channel 14, which it had previously threatened to target. According to news sources, the strike successfully hit its mark.
Now hereโs what surprised Israel's axis of evil.
Iranโs strikes were never random. Yet, they are now focused on highly strategic targets such as command centers, government buildings, ports, and critical infrastructure. This new precision is the result of an intense cyber war raging between the two states.
Since the start of the war, a massive cyber alliance has formed, bringing together hackers from Iran, Russia, China, North Korea, and Pakistan. Theyโre battling against Israelโs cyber warfare teams and their Western allies. Iranโs coalition has already caused severe disruptions to Israelโs electronic infrastructure.
This Iranian cyber alliance is now penetrating highly sensitive systems, and there are (unconfirmed) reports that they may have infiltrated Zionist Israelโs air defense codes. Supporting this claim is the fact that more missiles than ever before are now breaching Israeli defenses.
A Bloomberg report (linked in the thread) revealed that Iran successfully hacked into public and civilian surveillance cameras across the occupied territories. They are using this access to instantly assess the results of their strikes and update targeting coordinates in real-time.
This led Israelโs former deputy head of cybersecurity to publicly urge citizens to either shut off or immediately change the passwords to their surveillance cameras, warning that Iran is now using them to monitor internal activity and track strike zones.

The problem is, Zionist Israel canโt do the same. Iran cut off internet access across the country two days ago to block Israeli cyber penetration. Moreover, the Iranian government has advised citizens to delete WhatsApp entirely, as the app is reportedly being used by the Israeli entity for surveillance and targeting.
Meanwhile, Iran has arrested a massive number of Mossad agents and spies operating in Tehran and other regions over the past few days, significantly degrading Israelโs intelligence capabilities. This has closed a gap that once gave Israel a sharp advantage, even though Israel still retains superiority in some areas of intelligence.
But make no mistake: Israel is now in a historic crisis.
For the first time in its history, an enemy power is bombing its internal cities, destroying its government buildings, and hitting military, technological, and media facilities, while also penetrating its cyberspace, spying on its citizens, and retaliating at the same level of military efficiency.
This has caused unprecedented panic among settlers, many of whom are now openly protesting against Netanyahuโs criminal policies that led them to this point.
As a result, Israel has imposed a massive media blackout, suppressing coverage and silencing public discourse.

Pro-Palestinian activists breach UK airbase, damage two military aircraft
Pro-Palestinian activists in the UK say they broke into the Royal Air Force (RAF) Brize Norton base in Oxfordshire on 20 June and damaged two military aircraft before escaping undetected.
The group, Palestine Action, shared footage on social media showing the raid. "Flights depart daily from the base to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus," the group said. "From Cyprus, British planes collect intelligence, refuel fighter jets and transport weapons to commit genocide in Gaza."
Britainโs Ministry of Defence has not issued a response.

Iran Hacking Security Cameras Across Israel To Improve Missile Accuracy
An Israeli official told US media this week that the interception rate of Tel Avivโs air defenses decreased by 25 percent over two days
Iran has been hacking into private security cameras across Israel to gather intelligence and improve the accuracy of missile strikes.
Israeli cyber security experts cited by Bloomberg on 20 June confirmed the Islamic Republicโs use of cyber espionage.
โWe know that in the past two or three days, the Iranians have been trying to connect to cameras to understand what happened and where their missiles hit to improve their precision,โ said Refael Franco, the former deputy director general of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD).
A spokesman for INCD said, โWeโve seen attempts throughout the war, and those attempts are being renewed now.โ
Gaby Portnoy, another INCD official, said hacking of security cameras was also carried out by Hamas ahead of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in October 2023.
These cyber operations took place over the years, according to Portnoy, who also noted Russiaโs use of the method during the war in Ukraine.
Earlier this week, a former Israeli cybersecurity official warned Israelis on a radio broadcast to turn off all home security cameras or change their passwords.
Cyberwarfare has emerged as a leading tactic in many world conflicts and is particularly used very commonly by Israel, which is known for its infamous spyware software and hackers.
An Israel-linked hacking organization called Predatory Sparrow recently claimed responsibility for disrupting a major Iranian bank and breaching an Iranian cryptocurrency exchange, causing the disappearance of about $90 million worth of bitcoin and other forms of cryptocurrency.
Iranian authorities and media outlets have warned over the past few days that the country has been subject to widespread Israeli cyberattacks.
Iran has implemented a nationwide internet blackout as a result, in an effort to stifle Israelโs efforts. According to Tasnim news agency, this blackout has managed to disable drones launched internally against Iran by agents affiliated with Israeli intelligence.
As Iran steps up its warfare, the accuracy of missile strikes has improved. A single Iranian ballistic missile struck the Beersheba area on Friday morning. Israeli air defenses were unable to intercept it.
