Netanyahu said Iran was behind assassination attempts on Trump during a briefing of Israel‘s “Rising Lion” campaign in Iran.
“These people who chant death to America, tried to assassinate President Trump twice, kill 241 of your Marines in Beirut, killed and injured thousands of American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq, try to bomb a restaurant in Washington, D.C., chant death to America, burn the American flag, do you want these people to have nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them to your cities? Of course not. So we’re defending ourselves, but we’re also defending the world,” the Netanyahu said in an interview with Fox's Bret Baier.
Baier pressed Netanyahu on the claim, asking him, “Do you have intel that the assassination attempts on President Trump were directly from Iran?”
Netanyahu responded, “Through proxies, yes. Through their intel, yes. They want to kill him.”

Iran's latest missile strikes shatter illusion of Israeli safety, breach US-Israeli air shields, and hit critical targets

Early this morning, at least 100 Iranian ballistic missiles, some hypersonic, came crashing down on sites in Haifa, Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, and the Negev Desert. Multiple powerful, successful hits made it past US-Israeli air defense systems, reaching their targets, and causing widespread fear among settlers, some of whose bomb shelters have collapsed. The attack sites include:
– Tel Aviv: Multiple sites hit, including a sensitive strategic building and several residential towers.
– Haifa: Power station struck by hypersonic missiles, Strikes on the Bil Habel building, major electricity and oil infrastructure, the Bazan Chemicals Complex (200,000 barrels/day), and the Haifa refinery (10 million tons/year).
– Ramat Gan: A 22-story building reportedly destroyed.
– Surrounding Areas: Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva (municipal center), Pardes Katz, Nayot, and Ayalon.
– Negev: Nevatim airbase and other installations under severe censorship.
– Galilee: Israeli army camp targeted.
– Central area: Strikes on power grid facilities led to widespread blackouts.
