so after some long monitoring, shopee (indonesian e-commerce app) seems to be secretly hog our cpu, which actually happens in my both phone)... and as solid solution, i am going to implement background blocker for non-important apps. This will block any process that is not on the recent/drawer list, so it won't kill when you want to keep it in your recent apps.

If you guys have same issues with other apps taking big cpu time in bg, kindly send me the package name and i will include them to blocker list.

- apollo's dynamic fps only disabled in miui/hyperos roms to avoid issues in aosp
- introduced special gpu freqtables for apollo and lmi, overclocked to 865mhz with conservative voltage table by default
- pte hacks now moved and can be enabled in e404_attributes to avoid issues with problematic roms
