​​📕 Few days ago the book titled «Skyshot» by Dr. Oleg Maltsev in the series of five book saw the light! This practical book is the foundation of the research results of the monograph «Работа Разума в Режиме Выполнения Задач». The first two volumes are meant to share with you the experience on the shooting technique, the nuances of the craft and the psychological aspects of clay shooting. The third book will explain to the reader the underlying psychophysiological concepts in clay shooting. The fourth book will be entirely dedicated to American Trap and fifth will be dedicated to the intricacies of Sporting.

🥏 Why did the author choose Skeet as the subject of his study? Why not, say, any other type of shooting? First of all, a personal preference of Skeet as a discipline and the fact that it stands out in terms of the requirement of complex motor coordination, using visual methods which allow us to comprehend phenomena of mind. The speed of targets, their different angles (parallax), doubles and 8 stations reflect the multitasking of our lives. These elements individually and in combination, in interaction with the shooter himself ideally reflect the components of life.
