On the weekend before Halloween, a group of PA Members camped in Bodmin Moor. Famous of many legends including the Beast of Bodmin.
Those attending explored the various famous landmarks around the area such as the famous haunted Jamaica Inn, the coast of Tintangel featuring King Arthur's Great Halls, Gallos Statue, and Merlin's Cave.
Exploring the vast heritage and history of every corner of our country is an important part of our community, and honouring the past will remind us of what we must secure our future for.

Standing on the Bones of our Land
On Saturday the 27th of September, activists from PA South West met for a hike and banner drop at Tilshead in the rolling countryside of Wiltshire.
As always, friendship, camaraderie, laughter, and wide-ranging conversation flowed freely as we strolled along, taking in the autumn colours, and renewing our primal connection to our land, the land of our ancestors.
This was brought home forcefully when we did the banner drop on top of ‘White Barrow’, a Neolithic burial mound dating from circa 4000 BC to 3500 BC. We were standing, literally, on the Bones of our Land.

8 PA Members joined the monthly PA South West Camping group this month for a Christmas special, a camp in Gloucestershire's beautiful Forest of Dean.
This was our monthly camping group's second Christmas camp, which included a cauldron of mulled wine, warm mince pies and Christmas songs around the fire.
We later ventured to a local pub for a Christmas meal and exchanged gifts.
We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Happy New Year, and look forward to sharing more camps with you in the months to come.

On Saturday 14th of February (St Valentine’s Day) our activists were, once again, on the cold streets of Bristol, doing our best to bring some comfort and friendly concern to our homeless.
Hot coffee was dispensed, along with goodie-bags containing thermal hats and gloves, toothpaste and toothbrushes, handwarmers, shampoo, and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks.
Foreign criminals are put up in luxury hotels and want for nothing, while our own people, literally, freeze to death in the doorways of those very same hotels.
If you are outraged and want to do something about it, then join us and play your part in the most important issue of our time. We want our country back!

He paid his respects to William Pitt, 1st Earl of Chatham. William became well known for his attacks on government corruption, such as those on Walpole's in the 1730s.

There's a road in England older than the pyramids.
It's a public footpath.
Anyone can walk it.
Five thousand years ago, traders carried flint tools along a chalk ridge in southern England. They followed the high ground. Dry. Safe. Above the forests and the

Eighty seven miles. Wiltshire to Buckinghamshire. They called it the Ridgeway.
It passed a white horse carved into the chalk. Three thousand years old. Still there.
It passed burial mounds where chieftains were laid to rest. Stone chambers older than Stonehenge.
Bronze Age farmers walked it. Iron Age warriors built hillforts above it. Romans crossed it. Anglo-Saxons named the villages along it. Medieval drovers herded cattle down it to London.
And it's still there. Not in a museum. Not behind a fence. A national trail. Free.
You can drive to Wiltshire on a Saturday morning. Step onto the same chalk your ancestors walked.
