Lebanon has been informed of clear demands expressing Israel’s desire to hold direct high-level political negotiations with Beirut, outside the framework of the existing committee and without any French involvement.
Israel is seeking talks under U.S. sponsorship in a third country, following the Syrian model, with the aim of reaching a security-political agreement.
The proposed agreement would pave the way for entering a process of what was described as “sustainable peace.”

⚡️🇺🇸 U.S. Central Command has assembled a significant naval armada in the Middle East, including the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group and seven additional warships armed with Tomahawk missiles, amid rising tensions with Iran.
The total Tomahawk capacity across the fleet exceeds 450 missiles.
The air complement includes multiple squadrons already in theatre, comprising F-35, F-15E, F-16, and A-10 aircraft.
The deployment is supported by a full suite of intelligence, refuelling, and logistics aircraft, alongside several U.S. Coast Guard cutters.
