Iranian anti-riot shotgun shells which are usually filled with baton rounds and depending on the material (plastic, rubber, metal, wood, foam, etc) come at different hardness and lethality.

They were also shooting live rounds in Mashhad, Marvdasht, Kermnshah and Yasuj. Internet access has been shut down in some cities so it's not easy to get the footage out.

Trump is bluffing so they don't have to worry.
