But there is a german article from the BZ talking about this and it seems like he more or less talked about his concerns regarding US-German comms, because direct comms are hard nowdays and most communication goes through second hand like german embassy staff recieving and delivering news.

He also critizised that US comms on them cutting specific aid for Ukraine was really lacking previously.

So as far as i can say, its not like the US suddenly cut all comms and stopped all aid and went dark.
