Former Congolese president Joseph Kabila (2001 - 2019) was symbolically condemned to death by the DRC justice.
Why ?
Well because dude wanna regain his power so he associated himself with Rwanda and the M23 rebel group who control a sizeable area of the ressource rich Kivu region including the city of Goma.
Funny thing is Joseph own father Laurent-Desire used to be a Rwanda puppet, who overthrew the dictator Mobutu in 1997 before doing a 180 on Rwanda, also he was killed by his child soldier bodyguard and Joseph just took over after.
