Russia has suspended Kinzhal and Kh-32 production since April, redirecting components, fuel and money toward more effective ballistic missiles. Kinzhal/Kh-32 reportedly suffer accuracy problems of 30m+.

Russia is essentially firing missiles straight from the production line rather than significantly drawing down stocks.

🛩 August drone production target: 11,000 Geran/Garpiya/Gerbera-family strike UAVs. Production is shifting toward the turbojet Geran-4/5, which already made up 50% of one recent attack, forcing Ukraine to seek faster interceptors and SHORAD.

🛰 Russia’s Rassvet Starlink-style network already has 16 satellites, with at least 2 already failing, with plans for 292 by 2027 and 924 by 2035.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has stopped publishing exact Russian missile-launch and ballistic-interception figures, officially for OPSEC, as the shortage of Patriot interceptors becomes increasingly acute.

Germany has supplied Ukraine with 5 complete Patriot fire units and at least 358 Patriot interceptors from Bundeswehr stocks.

That alone equals almost 60% of the ~600 Patriot missiles of all variants Ukraine said it had received from ALL allies during the first four years of the full-scale war.

Two of the 5 German-supplied systems were largely financed by 🇩🇰 Denmark, 🇱🇹 Lithuania and 🇳🇴 Norway.

And Germany is now financing roughly another 600 new-made in Germany PAC-2 GEM-T interceptors, worth around €3.2bn, for future delivery.

🇺🇦Over 1 million drones have been supplied to the military in the past year, thanks to the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace.

The units pick themselves what they want– they log in and pick specific tech from an online catalog of hundreds of items provided by verified domestic manufacturers.

Currently, 486 units of the Defence Forces are independently selecting drones, ammunition, and electronic warfare equipment to meet specific combat needs.

The IDF plans to build up to 100 000 FPV drones annually and integrate them into smaller specialized sub-units. They’re heavily taking inspiration from the Ukrainian methodology of employing and integrating drones into units

🇺🇦🇷🇺The UN recorded the highest number of civilian casualties in Ukraine since March 2022.

In July, at least 437 civilians were killed in Ukraine, and 2610 were injured, which is 30% higher than the previous month and 70% higher than in July 2025.

Overall, since 24 February 2022, OHCHR has verified at least 16,874 civilians killed, including 820 children, and 51,273 injured, including 3,126 children.
